I truly can't say enough good things about this store and its staff! Every time I come into the store, the staff is so friendly, helpful, and just all around wonderful. They have a great selection of products and everyone there is super knowledgable - I've found some of my favorite running products thanks to their recommendations. Although I grew up just down the road, I no longer live in San Antonio. However, I make it a point to come in at least once (usually a few times!) when I'm in town! Their community events are also so fun and welcoming! Highly, highly recommend!!! Special shout out to Christa, Tina, and Julie for being the best :)

I had a great buying experience! The store was very clean and carried the brands I was interested in looking at. Tina was incredibly attentive, and helped me find a shoe I was happy with that best suit my needs. I did not feel like I was being sold. 10/10 would definitely return when buying new shoes.

I was referred to iRun by someone who is not one to give praise or recommendations easily. So, I went in with high expectations and they didn’t disappoint! This is a small, Texas-based store with a very knowledgeable staff and phenomenal customer service! We had the great fortune to meet and work with Tina. She is very insightful, educated, focused and has this amazing insight into how shoes should fit a person…especially people like us with problem, irregularities in our feet. My bff and I were both needing exactly what we got at iRun- someone that cared enough to go above and beyond to help us. Tina is quick-witted, kind, tenacious and attentive…to name a few of her endearing traits. We are focused rehabilitation therapists and study a person’s movements to determine where there may areas of concern. I never expected to find a kindred spirit who understood “our world” at a shoe store who studied movement like we do! iRun has figured out what the big name shoe stores have not- listen, evaluate, assess, observe and review. If the store is busy (because they are that good and detailed with every customer) be patient and stick around. They’re worth the wait and so are you. Btw, if the shoe is not the color, size or style you thought you wanted, trust their advice to what you needed instead. Your feet will thank you.

iRun is my favorite place to shop for all of my trail running and road running needs. Their staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and can answer most of my questions about shoes, equipment, and nutrition on the run. They offer fun social runs at different store locations every week and periodically have shoe companies sponsor runs where you can try on certain shoes for a 3-5 mile run. This is my favorite way to really see if it's the right shoe for me. It's locally owned and they also put on several races throughout the year.

Great place to come for running shoes and gear. I've been here many times and the experience is always the same. Staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. They always take the time to understand your running style and needs. They also never try to sell you anything you didn't ask for or push for an upsell.

The store has all the top brands from Brooks, Hoka, On, Asics, etc... They carry shoes, socks, clothes, supplements, electronics, etc... It's also nice they have running events and clinics. Well-rounded place to come for all your running needs with very helpful staff.

Irun on Stone oak is my go-to store for an endurance to running shoe. Everyone is always so attentive and friendly. Staff takes their time and makes sure you are comfortable with your purchase before leaving. Fair warning, you will leave with more than just shoes. They have from clothing to goodies and accessories, that will keep you hooked. I Definitely recommend Irun.

They do an in-house diagnostic of your posture, weight distribution, etc., and pick the comfiest shoe in your size. For example, I am flat footed and most shoe arches hurt my feet, but iRun employees noticed and picked the best shoe for flat feet, and even recommended me go-to brands. Don't see service like that every day, and comfiest shoe I ever tried. 5-stars well deserved.

This place was an amazing find! Five star customer service from everyone we came in contact with. Jacob helped my bf get fitted properly and brought out a dozen shoes to try, knowing something about each one. Every single pair fit better than the ones he’s been wearing. Tina had so much knowledge about some headphones that I can’t wait til my AirPods die so I can get these. Highly recommend shopping here as these folks know their stuff!!

Went in looking for a particular shoe. Ariana T. was super helpful and attentive. She measured my feet and made sure I had the correct size for the type of activity I will be doing. She answered all my questions and was super patient. Highly recommend!

Awesome, friendly staff. Helped me find new running shoes, and she seemed fairly knowledgeable about my type of foot and type of shoe I needed. Watched my stride and had me stand on a sensor thing to measure my weight distribution. She also let me know of group runs that the store holds. Will be coming back here for my next pair.
