Hey came into the store without husband and a guy named Kenny in a boot was so helpful got me in and out of there thanks again

Staff was friendly and helpful finding part I needed. Interior was clean and well organized.

I picked up a part for my son in law and was greeted with a friendly smile and speedy service.

She was fine,did her job and I would like to say that I was pleased,got what I ordered online and it was ready when I got there

Where did all the auto parts stores go? Unknowledgeable staff in almost all locations. I've noticed recently, specifically in Advanced, they seem to only carry the more expensive items and not the cheaper. The cheaper items always seem to be 'Order Online'.

Kind of funny, but 70% of the time they don't have what we are looking for regardless, at least on hand.

My son’s car broke down on the way home from vacation. He stoped at this Advanced Auto thinking it was the battery. Unfortunately it was a bigger fix but the staff was exceptionally friendly and gave him a referral to a repair shop and let him hang out to charge his phone while waiting for a ride. In a world where things have gone a little crazy and customer service is very hard to find they showed up. Thank you!

Art is nice, knowledgeable & referred me to a place where i could get my muffler fixed. He was GREAT. Thank you!

Typical auto parts store but they did have 2 people working so I didnt have to wait. The woman was friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way for me. I'll be using these guys again.

The employees here have reached in their own Pockets to make sure I could buy a quart of oil that is amazing

It was lightly raining and my whipper blades
had gone bad so I pulled into Advance Auto parts, went inside and got service allmost immediately..Asked if someone could install the blades for me because I'm an old fellow and they had me on my way within 10 minutes. Awesome staff. Great attitude makes you feel really comfortable and confident even if you don't know what you're looking for. They are very knowledgeable about any type of motor.

Advance Auto Parts had the tool I needed to tighten up a spindle on my Chevy Blazer. I was greeted well, treated well & they had the part I needed.

As a UPS shipping point, they are very convenient. Everyone working there is very nice, very helpful.

With the information I gave her the sales lady got me the parts I needed without trying to upsell me. She walked out and showed me where the selection of another item was I needed then left me to choose. Good experience for a parts store!
