Best Buy is my go-to for electronics, but I was disappointed by the absence of a VHS section for retro movie lovers. However, their tech selection is unparalleled, and staff expertise is top-notch. Just wish they had samurai swords for a complete geek haven!

Had a glitch on my laptop and fortunately, the Geek Squad came to the rescue. They couldn't have been more patient or knowledgeable. A+ on service and total experience.

Love coming to Best Buy and playing with the products here. The staff was super friendly, and it's great to have the comfy chair to settle in to try out some TVs. Shopped here for Christmas gifts for my family when I was back. Glad this store is here.

I ordered some thermal paste off the website, and just had to go in and pick it up. The person who took care of getting my order for me was fast, friendly, and courteous, and I was in and out pretty quickly, which was EXACTLY what I was looking for. All in all, it was a great experience at this location, and I don't really hate going out to this one even though it isn't as local to me as the Hamburg store.

Classic Best Buy. The only Best Buy I could find in the Buffalo area that had Google Fi SIM cards in stock which was awesome. Kind service and efficient checkout.

Great store have maylny things that I have bought from here from TVs a fridge and washer and dryer, many game systems as well.

I had an online pickup at the Walden Galleria location. Walking is a bit of a struggle due to recent surgery. The employee stationed at the entrance named Aaron, not only directed me to the pickup area but I also mentioned to him that I wanted to additionally purchase two items in another area of the store. He immediately went and procured those items for me, brought them to the pickup desk and assisted in getting my pick up items ready. Thanks to him my visit was made incredibly easy. Employees like Aaron are a credit to Best Buy. Superb experience, thank you Aaron!

The lady who worked at the phone department was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was able to transfer all my data between my old phone and new phone before leaving. This made the process of switching phones painless.
