What a great store! I had a phone disaster and Sam K. came to my rescue. They didn't have the phone I was looking for, and he dropped what he was doing and went to another store and got it for me. These guys literally saved my business. Sam did an awesome job helping me--he went above and beyond just replacing my phone . While I was in the store, I heard nothing but patient, helpful reps doing the same thing for other customers also. I highly recommend this store!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Malina! She was incredibly helpful when I needed to get a new phone and set up an additional phone. It took forever (my own fault) and she was patient and kind and stayed late with a smile on her face. Thank you for the kindness Malina - you truly made my day.

We switched from T mobile to Verizon and Sam was our manager helping us. He was very knowledgeable of all the phone plans and what would work better for us. It was a smooth process switching over, and Sam was the best person to help us!

I came in with my mom today and Sam was extremely helpful. We had quite a long list of questions / things we wanted to get taken care of, and he was super kind & patient with us throughout the entire process. We were being a little chaotic, but Sam shared some laughs with us which made our time at Verizon pretty fun! When my phone arrives, I’ll definitely try to come in on a day that he’s working! :)

We also came in a few weeks back with some questions, and the guy who helped us then was very helpful/nice too! I think his name was Josh?!

Nick was an amazing representative, not only was 8 able to get everything nick went out if his way to explain everything and made me aware of all the options infront of me, amazing service, 900/10

Nick and Josh provided a wonderful experience of transitioning us to updated iPhones and watches! They were patient and kind. They were considerate - both being calm and excellent listeners. We have been working with people at this store (Wadsworth & 88th) for as long as the store has been there and we will continue returning for other technical needs that arise. They are well informed, and they are efficient. Sam, the manager, was also there and was able to answer questions as needed by continuing to help other customers. Check it out! Superior customer service is alive and well!

Malina was a great help switching my phone over and giving me information on other services that would end up saving me money! She was super friendly and extremely helpful!

Went in and needed to pick up a new Galaxy 5 flip---Sam was awesome. Helped me out quickly, was great on helping inform me on options, and made it easy. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Verizon at the 87th and Wadsworth location. Malina R. was very professional and friendly and she went above and beyond to help me with getting my new phone. Sam was excellent. I got a new iPhone 15. I lost all the password authentications from my Touch ID iPhone 8. Sam saved me. He restored my Gmail account which was lost and my bank accounts. Bless Sam.

Sam was the very best! We’re so thankful for his patience and expertise! By far the best Verizon experience we’ve ever had.

I came in to switch providers and get a new phone and Josh was the best help, he was very clear in everything that he said and did. And offered awesome advice that would help me out.

Josh was awesome! He took the time to help me get a phone case and screen protectors, and did an excellent job putting them on.

Nick was awesome, very helpful, and took care of all my questions and product knowledge is top notch.

Josh went above and beyond to assist me with setting up my account. I tried to set it up my account online but had several difficulties that he worked through with me. And then when I had to leave for an appointment he was happy to continue working out the kinks! So appreciate of his work.
