Friendly and responsive service. The guys at this store did their best to make sure I got what I needed, and even gave me a bit of a discount on the paint I purchased.

The salesperson was very helpful and I was buying paint for touchup and you still had a record of the paint I bought 8 years ago.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. I didn’t catch the names of the guys working but they were knowledgeable, friendly, and just seemed genuinely happy to help me out. I’ll definitely be returning to this specific store when I need to buy more paint. If the two guys working are reading this I owe you both a 6 pack for being so awesome.

We were there first thing in the morning just as the store opened. Sue was friendly, helpful, and his customer service was great. We ordered 8 cans of paint and the service was quick. Would recommend this store.

Awesome store and Amazing customer service

I assumed all Sherwin-Williams pricing would be the same. I could have paid $80-$100 less at 2 other Sherwin-Williams locations. I went line item by line item on the exact paint I had already purchase and was given a lesser amount on a few of the paints I purchased at two other Sherwin stores. I should have done my homework before and not after. I paid more than I should have on some products even after I was given a 40% discount. I guess the discount wasn't really a discount. I over paid. The only good experience I had there was an issue with one of the paints and the manager was great about making that right. Do your homework and compare other Sherwin-Williams. Not all pricing is the same for the exact same paint.

I have been shopping at Sherwin-Williams for over 30 years typically in the Mount Holly/Lumberton location. My husband and I have always been greeted with a warm and friendly smile/attitude and a desire to help us achieve our goals w/colors, advice, tools, and overall expert advice.
When faced with a perplexing issue, they worked with us to eventually resolve any troubles we were having. They are friendly, professional, informative, and accommodating. I highly recommend SW Paints. They stand behind their products and given the times we are currently in, I felt completely safe entering their store. Sherwin-Williams is out go-to for paint and tools for our DIY projects and even when we hire outside help! You won't be disappointed!!!

Bill Snow has helped us with ideas and suggestions, had a very pleasant, friendly attitude. Was in a great mood both times we saw him, and remembered us from the first visit. Gave us a coupon for our purchase. We plan to choose our color and go back and buy the paint.

I would tell them how pleased I was with the help I received in getting the color I wanted for my living room job and the paint supplies I needed as well. Everyone who helped me was very friendly. I was nervous about choosing a color and the saleswoman helped me pick something out when I described what I had in mind. I love the new color of my living room. It is exactly what I had in mind.

Always helpful staff and good prices, if you pay attention to sales events. Beats H-D and Lowes for ease of purchase, wait time, and service including reshaking the paint from previous purchases. Also appreciate the previously purchased paint database that streamlines matching!

Paint quality is unbeatable, in my opinion, but we tend to buy the premium formulations.

They have a great selection of paint colors and the customer service is always helpful and prompt. Sherwin Williams paint is an excellent quality and this makes the job of painting the interior of our house so much easier.

Home base store. Great products, but what I really like about this location is the staff. Manager there is super nice and willing to help out anyway possible. And if he doesn't know an answer he will find it out for you. Need more people in the world like that.

Salesperson was very helpful in deciphering which paint I could use for my laundry room and even called the Sherwin-Williams across the street to see if they had the quart size satin super paint vs the emerald.
