The customer service at the West Bend location (GNC 03125) exceeded my expectations. Jordan’s way of meeting a customer by where they’re at financially and physically is incredibly remarkable. A true example of a well-rounded salesman. Selfless and empathetic. I’m definitely going back for future needs. Thank you, GNC.

went into GNC for the first time feeling a little intimidated not knowing much about the products or what i was looking for, i left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase and the knowledge of knowing what i was buying. Devin was so helpful and took the time to listen to what i needed and help me find it. Will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the products on hand. And any questions i've had they've been able to answer with ease. Clean, quick, honest and friendly. Exactly how it should be :)

Some good products. A little overpriced compared to ordering online, but they have a decent selection of health products for a local retailer.

I just stopped at the store to return something that was not to my brother's liking, they had changed the ingredients and for that I had to give them my driver's license and phone number and where I live and the lady at the front counter was not very friendly and the first thing she said that they would refund the item without any questions and the product was never opened

Consistently closed during operating hours. A problem theyre clearly aware of by now. It sucks to be understaffed but this is embarrassingly problematic

Well the store turned around when they brought in a younger guy and he was there all the time and knowledgeable about release dates and products. I found he has since moved to another store and now the store is closed until further notice every time we have stopped by. It's back to worse than it was. After finding out he works at another store, I talked to him about the staffing issues and pay scales. They want staff to work 7 days a week however pay less than McDonald's down the road. When you look online they have openings however they don't even respond to applications. If they refuse to hire or pay well this store will close very soon.

This GNC location is by far the worst! 4 of the last 5 trips to this store I've made i was met with "sorry we're closed" sign posted on the door during regular business hours. To make matters worse, I have a coupon from the last purchase I made and I'm forced to travel an hour to another location or order online.

Open your doors for actual business according to the hours that are posted or shut down your store. PS: you have a FedEx delivery notice stuck to your doors you mighttttt want to get.
I can't imagine the expiration dates on the products in this store!
