My mother went into this location today and asked I leave a review. Jeff, the store manager, was UNBELIEVABLY helpful. She said his customer service was outstanding and his compassion for his customers is above and beyond. Thank you Jeff, you are awesome.

Store manager Jeff is awesome! I cannot express enough how patient and helpful he is. I highly recommend going to this Verizon over others simply because of the quality of Jeff’s customer service. My phone was pretty much inoperable and Jeff made it work so I left with the newest phone for only 30$ today, When I told him money today was an issue. Definitely felt like a valued customer. Honestly if I could give it more stars I would. This is the energy all managers should have ! Thanks again Jeff!!!

Jeff and his team were VERY helpful! They made every effort to get my phone plan down to a manageable price. I've been to other stores in the area(Machesney Park) and been sent away, telling me I could do it all online. I appreciate the excellent service!!

I wanted to get a new phone and plan set up, and Adrian was extremely helpful and sociable! He even got me a really good deal with the accessories that go with the device. I even noticed there were hand sanitizer stations throughout, and a limit to how many people could be in the store at once. Excellent service, safe, and I even had fun!

Updated My Cell Phone today and Jeff did an amazing job!!! Got all My Old Information off the old phone and transferred to the new phone. Went super smoothly and glad it switched over!
