This cricket store always has the best customer service. Roberto especially goes out of his way to make sure that you’re always taking care of and always help you in anyway shape or form. He and his staff definitely always go above and beyond to make sure that you feel like you’re number one priority while you’re there. My husband has been with cricket for about six years where I was still on another plan with T-Mobile for the past 15+ years. Recently T-Mobile service has gone downhill and their prices have gone up. I decided to make the switch to cricket myself. Not only was the plan a better deal, I also was able to get the iPhone 11 as well as lowering my monthly payments for better service. T-Mobile was giving me a hard time about switching and not wanting to release my account and Roberto went above and beyond to help me walk through the process on the phone with the T-Mobile people. He was kind caring and patient. I also suggested to the rest of my family they should switch over and he was helpful to go above and beyond to find all the phones that they needed to me there needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend going to the store and make sure you ask for Roberto! You’ll definitely get the white glove service at an affordable cost. Not to mention their service/plans work better than my T-Mobile Did. I now get service anywhere anytime and don’t have to wait on more gigs for the month.

I came to cricket because my phone disappeared upon entering jovana greeted me and assisted me in deciding and purchasing a new phone even though it was bad losing the phone it was an excellent experience meeting jovana at this store today

I’m very satisfied to say the least with the employees at this location. I had bought my son a new IPhone 6 on a Friday and it wasn’t letting him download anything from the App Store. I was frustrated at first because I called Apple and they couldn’t figure it out whatsoever. So I went back up to the Cricket store that following Sunday to see if Cricket could figure it out. I was at first irritated that they could not figure out the issue with the IPhone 6 and a very nice young lady who works there as well as the male owner were willing to swap me a whole new phone right up until they did one last inspection on the IPhone 6 and it worked out perfectly. To accommodate my time for being in the store for quite some time that day they swapped out a better case for the phone and included an “accessory”, “on the house”! I was very pleased and happy when I left this store location!
