Houston, I can’t thank you enough for your help! I have never purchased or had installation from Dashboard Audio, yet they were willing to help a stranger in need. I found myself in a situation and needed help to remove a front vent panel on a dashboard. I called around and they said “come in and we will see if we can help”. Just walking in from the street, Houston took a few minutes to show me how to remove the panel without hesitation! While it only took a few minutes of his time, it meant the world to me as I had been working with it for a week! Houston, Thank you so much for your help…I went home, replaced the radio fuse and it works beautifully!!! I can’t remember the name of the woman at the front but can tell you she’s extremely knowledgeable in her field and knows the business. Thank you again from a future customer!

Dashboard Audio’s honesty and integrity is a breath of fresh air in this profit maximizing culture. I had already paid for new speakers and an installation kit for my head unit when they called to inform me the equipment already installed in my vehicle would work. They then refunded the money for those items.

I also can’t say enough good things about their installation guy Houston. He is one the most well spoken and articulate people I’ve met. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, and the quality of the end product reflects that.

Seeing some of the other reviews on here makes me somewhat nervous but when i went the guy was super helpful and friendly with me, i explained my problem and it was fixed in a pretty timely manner and since i needed a new stereo system they said i could just pay on my return visit.

In any case they were much better to deal with than Sound Decisions in Johnson City and seemed much more friendly.

I love this place I have known Amy for years so professional knowledgeable and kind I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides dashboard audio best in town hands down

Thank you Dashboard Audio bought a radio from B.B. they installed it worked ok till I bought the iPhone 13 the front speaker stopped working after 2 trips to B.B they said my speakers were blown. Long story short took it to DashBoard Audio my speakers were not blown the setting were off. They had it fixed in a very short time. I will from now on go to the professionals for I was without front speakers for 2 months. Thank you Amy!!!

I got my system hooked up yesterday they were friendly and good at the shop . Out of all the places I wanted to go they did the job at last minute notice and did a great job. Thank you Amy ,Houston and team for the great service .

I have had business with Dashboard for many years and they always come through for me. Recently I had my Subaru Forester upgraded, and I love it! The craftmanship of the install, the service and the product itself are flawless. I got a Kenwood unit with a JL Audio Sub box. I could not be happier with my experience here!

Great guys at this place. Very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. Asked around a few places in the area and Dashboard's prices were competitive so you can feel confident that you're getting a good deal.

I actually ended up buying my stuff online and installing myself to save some money. However, I did have some problems during the install and drove over to Dashboard fully expecting to have to pay for some professional help. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would help me free of charge!

Again, just a bunch of great guys here. Would recommend to anyone.

They installed a remote lock/start system in our '02 Forerunner in '15 that went sorta bonkers. They removed the "brain" back in November of last year to have it analyzed and assured us they'd stand behind the product if found defective. Didn't hear anything from them since then so went by today. Owner found new replacement unit and made appointment for reinstallation next week. No explanation on the lack of followup communication. Will update this review post-service.

I had a stereo put in my 98 Camry a few years ago and they did a great job, friendly and fast. I thought it was a little pricy but I guess you get what you pay for. Great place!

Was doing a self install in my son's car , needed some advice and the tech came out on his lunch break and explained the solution to my problem at no charge to me even though we bought nothing from them. Much thanks to the staff.
