Maybe I just interacted with the right employee unlike the other reviews but I had quite the pleasant experience. Walked in with a shopping list and they helped me pick up every item and suggested alternatives to ones they had run out of. Went in around 5pm and was the only one. Was given little tidbits of info to help make choices but he wasn't pushy at all. Thanks for the help. They have my favorite the Rainbow Pegasus! c:

I've come here a few times and while it's like every other GNC in terms of size/layout, the staff is very helpful. I've recently started training hard again after a few years of slacking and every time I've come in Randy has been at the desk. He always welcomes you and asks if you need help, but then leaves you to browse, which is rare, I'm used to going into a shop like GNC and being followed around. He lets you do your thing and if you have questions is very knowledgeable and helpful, he's recommended a few supplements that have worked out really well for me. Like most brick and mortar stores you may be able to find a better deal online with most things, but I keep coming back and not considering buying something like supplements and preworkouts online because of the knowledgeable assistance I can get here, well worth it

This is my favorite and 'Go-To' GNC in the entire Austin area. There are many other GNCs but this one is mine :p. This GNC is a DAS Labs / Bucked Up Retailer and that's a big draw for Me as well as their plentiful selection given that size of the store and with that aggressive strain on the supply chain within the supplement industry at the moment! The location is great as well as it's near many Gyms in that area as well as close to Supermarkets and Restaurants which is another draw for Me to always shop at this GNC!

First experience with GNC today and super pleased they had the supplement I've been needing. The employee, (Cullen?) was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly to all the clientele. Overall a quick, easy shopping experience and I even learned a few tidbits of info.

I live in the Buda/Kyle area and work in the Austin/Westlake area. So as you can imagine, I’ve been to SEVERAL GNC locations. This is BY FAR my favorite location! They always have what I need in stock, and the guy working (I wish I could remember his name because he is the best!) everytime I visit knows what I’m coming in for. And even on my first visit to this location, he NEVER tried to be pushy about trying to get me to buy something different than what I was looking for. I stopped going to the Westlake location because that reason. Thank you to the team at this location for always keeping up the best standards!

This was my first visit to this location and Mr. Dave helped me out this morning. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store had a good variety of inventory. Will definitely return - my days of online supplement shopping are over.

had products I wanted. website refused to let me get 2 with free shipping instead defaulting to 1 and adding $10 shopping fee. this has happened before and seems like a scam.

OWNER DOES NOT HONOR ONLINE DISCOUNTS. Rejected my order after advertising the discount. Dishonest and unethical business practices by the owner, David Brawner. Paid for products online, drove across town, and was met with false advertising.

I never write reviews but I really want the owner of this location to know how horrible he is. I’ve had a negative experience at this location before (I overheard him talking to another customer about how he can’t believe some women have abortions???) and I have avoided coming back ever since but I was in the area and needed to return a product I purchased online. He made a huge deal because his franchise would lose money from an online return. He then tells me he needs to have a physical copy of the receipt for “his records.” I had the original confirmation email with the order number and offered to forward the email to him but he became incredibly rude and insisted I go home to get the invoice but he said I “probably threw it away.” After a few minutes of arguing with him I ended up taking my stuff and leaving. He was obviously just trying to make things difficult for me so he wouldn’t lose money. I hate sounding like a Karen but I’ll definitely not be coming back to this location or any other one that he owns.
