Brought my daughter and a friend to this location and I can't say enough about Ericka. She made sure the girls had a true Love Shack experience. Trying on dresses, photo ops and helping them find styles to compliment each of them. Truly helpful and pleasant! 🎀🎀

The towels I purchased a few months ago are sold out on line so I took it upon myself to call each individual store to see if they had any inventory left. I wound up calling the Sag Harbor, NY store and I had the pleasure of speaking to Emily. She said that her store had one of the towels left, but that a store nearby that was temporary closed for a few months may have more of the towels. She told me that she would go over to that store after she was done working for the day and then text me whether they had more towels or not. Much to my surprise I did hear from Emily later that day advising me that all of the towels were there and that she would ship them the next day. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to this young lady. She went above and beyond her work duties to accommodate me. I honestly can’t remember the last time that I have ever dealt with anyone so lovely and kind. Love Shack Fancy is an absolutely beautiful store but it’s even more beautiful knowing that I have Emily to call for all of my future purchases. Thank you to Emily for your kindness and outstanding work ethic. I can’t thank you enough.

All the workers here are so nice. Ericka personally made sure this was the best love shack fancy experience I ever had ever had. She made sure I could find everything I needed and she was so nice.

Wonderful experience shopping at this store. Marcella and the team were so helpful. Marcella ordered in a few different dresses that I wanted to try on and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. The store is beautiful with a spacious dressing room and seating area.

Absolutely lived this beautiful shop. One of a kind pieces! The service was great and everything in the store is so esthetically pleasing.

This boutique is the best of all The LoveShackFancy boutiques! It was such a pleasure shopping here. Lauren Godden was absolutely wonderful. She made the experience enjoyable, easy and fun! Lauren Godden was knowledgeable in the store and items sold and very helpful over the phone. I don’t live in the area and she made ordering over the phone a breeze! I would highly recommend this LoveShackFancy location and working with Lauren at this boutique! 5/5 stars! I cannot get over how magical this boutique is. If I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars I would. Lauren Godden is truly the best and is stellar to work with. Go here and shop with SA Lauren and you will have the shopping experience of your dreams! The best customer service I have ever received from any luxury boutique hands down.

Went during the soft opening a few days before the grand opening. Store is absolutely beautiful, like walking into a dream. The shop girls are friendly and helpful. Great for cute photos. Everything is really pricey though and although there are a lot of different pieces to try on in terms of dresses and clothing, there doesn't seem to be a lot of size ranges kept in stock. Pretty to browse though.

So we have a vacation home in Wainscott ( Is that how you spell it?) and when we were walking around town after lunch my 12 year old daughter Charlotte spotted this store and said she wanted to go in. So we did.
When we entered the establishment I was pleasantly suprised by the adorable decorations and took a photo for my Instagram.
When my daughter found two nice skirts and a not very pleasing looking dress she liked we headed to the cashier. First of all, the cashier was very thin and I don’t think that someone of here size is very inclusive for the brand. Maybe someone more plump, like my size would fit.
Anyway when I saw that the price was $879, I breaded the worker on the absurd pricing at this place. She did nothing but we bought them anyhow because my daughter requested it. If your looking for skirts and dresses I recommend tj maxx or target after this harrowing experience.

If you’re a person of color, believe the racist reviews. Me and my friend spotted this store while walking across the street. An employee was opening the store and setting a sign out on the sidewalk. When she saw us walking across the street toward the store, she gave the nastiest look, hurried back in and locked door. It was probably 9:59 AM, and granted the store opens at 10 AM, however I’m sure if I was white she wouldn’t have hurried in to lock the door. She would’ve happily greeted us and let us in to shop the few seconds early before official opening time.

Very poor experience with this location only. The manager was supposed to help me process a return for an online purchase. Essentially she just taped it up and sent it to the manufacturer and I was supposed to get my return. It was approved by customer service from someone above the store manager. The manager, Tania, at this point keeps showering me in fake smiles and empty promises to touch base with customer service on my behalf. Pushing me out the door hoping I’ll give up and go away. She thinks I’m naive. I am not. She is lucky I’m generally nice. The company itself with customer service is phenomenal. Too bad their stores who double as the face of the brand tarnish the brand image. Badly. An employee also went through all the steps to make me “feel” like she is helping me. She is not. Again, brushing me off and hoping I go away. I may have to seek out customer service via email and formally complain because it has been over 40 days and I have not received the refund. They took the dress and kept my money and refuse to remedy this. I have never had a worse outcome from a purchase EVER in my life. I feel scammed.

I looove Love Shack but the employees at this location are pretty rude. They dont like to be asked questions or be bothered to help with anything. They come across as lazy and I hate to say it but, stuck up. I was also dressed girly (it was a LSF day) hoping to take some pics and really enjoy the experience and one of the girls sarcastically commented on my outfit and rolled her eyes. I dont think these girls work here because they love Love Shack itself as a brand, which is unfortunate because the other NY locations are amazing! I wish they chose better employees here, as I know there are plenty of super sweet girls who love the brand that would make this location an awesome experience!

Worst customer service ever! I got double charged for duvet cover and it’s impossible to get a refund from them. I called and stopped by many times, all they do is say manager will call me back but no one calls me back. I just don’t understand. I won’t shop there anymore.

My friends and I felt uncomfortable the minute we walked in the door, the girls looked us up and down and did not greet us (we were the only non white people in the store). a white lady walked in a second later and got a warm greeting from the employees. we left quickly because we were being stared down. avoid if you are POC.shame because i love the brand
