O'Reilly Auto Parts

Very helpful people here. The gentleman helping me this evening even asked if I had gotten my 4wd to work! That was probably 3 months ago and he remembered me! Very impressive! Thanks for all of the help to everyone in the Aurora store!

The counter people were super nice and told me about a loaner tool program that helped me out a lot with the project I was working on because I don't wanna buy a tool I'd only use once. Will go back to them again for my little car projects .

Great place of your a do it yourself people been coming here for 26 years and they haven't let me down shop local

So what to say .. oh when you go in to places they have a funny feeling but this place is fantastic not saying there the best because things can happen but Joe, trent ,loniz ,and Shannon if things isn't right they will take care of if for you . And yes they are a very fantastic place to get parts but like other places just because they may or may not have it doesn't mean they can't get it . And alot to do is also is with where they get there products from also . Manufacturers may not have the parts but it isn't places like this there fault they may not have . Again the team up there can help you and very professional about doing what they can . Thanks alot . Always had fantastic experience there . And hope you all will have it also

Every time I go to this O'Reilly store The staff is more than friendly and courteous. They are willing to help and have great prices. O'Reilly's is my auto parts store for sure

So I stopped here out of desperation. 2 hours from home at 8pm and a headlight went out 15 minutes before the store closed. The 2 guys working were super and helped change out the bulbs in the dark and in the rain and I'm not sure I could have done it without them.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Oreillys store very friendly employees and very very helpful!! my headlight went out in my car and the employee that assisted me fixed it right away even though there was a couple of hiccups due to my car being so old but that didn't stop him he kept at it until my bulb was in and fixed even with it being so cold outside he just kept at it everytime I needed a battery put in my car they put it in for me right away I reccomend this Oreillys store 100 percent!!

Mr. Adam was able to complete my transaction with knowledge of the correct part saving me trip back home. I wasn't aware of the multiple options that my Ram truck was offered. He was able to provide me with appropriate information to correctly install the "seal" thingy I needed to repair my leaking vehicle.

Quick to get me checked out and friendly service.😉

Saturday afternoon trip to O’Reillys in Aurora,
Had a bale buggy burn a wheel bearing out and was screeching pulling into Marionville Casey’s, pulled it home so we got it tore apart and we went down to the store and walked right up to the counter, slapped the bearings down on the counter and said “ need some help “

Joshua is the star here, he took the bearings started measuring them with some calipers and comparing them with bearings he had and after measuring them multiple times checking other bearings he had he says “ here we go” and matched up both bearings got us back in service, he absolutely is the guy you need to promote to the top, very courteous, smart and extremely calculated. I couldn’t count the times I’ve went into your parts store and other parts stores and be assured this will fit and it ends up being 3 trips and an all day nightmare. I’ll definitely be coming back and going straight to Joshua for my assistance.

Ron was awesome, found the wiper blades I needed and helped me get out as fast as possible! So grateful to these guys and the Military Discount saved my budget!

Gentleman who helped locate and install our wiper blades was great. Paid a few more bucks but received some unexpectedly good customer service.

Just had a battery put in also a new end on my positive cable boys did a real good job got me out of there for a good price fair price excellent service Tom

Most of all your parts are instock there they are friendly and they allso offer reward cards.I recommend any community members to get there car parts here.They allways got discounts on there items in store.
