Very attentive staff!! There was about 3 or 4 people that checked on me and helped me find all the things I was looking for. Got exactly what I needed for a reasonable price :)

While very nice, the staff here was quick to push me off to the Geek Squad help desk to answer questions I had about a recent purchase. After waiting at the Geek Squad desk, the sweet girl who helped me simply googled how to solve my problem. She then wrote down what she found and gave it to me. Even though I could've done that myself, what she gave me was completely incorrect. After returning home, I fixed the issue myself by trying different 'settings' adjustments. I just don't understand what happened to try customer service. I guess I'm getting old...

Unlike different Best Buy stores, there’s a lot of stock in here. Staff is super friendly

It is a good place to go for day to day electronics. The staff is very friendly and eager to lend any assistance. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained as well.

I have bad anxiety about making big purchases or buying anything in general for myself so today when I went to Best Buy in Beaumont (you know the one off the highway next to the new Burlington and just a hop, skip and a jump away from those delicious burgers at Wendy’s) anyways, but after I walked around looking very suspect for a while I decided to tell the next person to ask if I needed help that I indeed needed help. About that time along came a gift from God it seemed. K (the salesdude) was nice, patients and checked many times for inventory on hand etc. Told me what would be best and what he suggested without trying to sell me a bunch of trash I didn’t need. He was polite and made sure to explain everything throughly and not once seemed annoyed I asked so many question! Here’s to you Mr.Blue Shirt doing your thing at Best Buy like a boss! Thanks ‘K’ for your help!

Not too much to say. Went in for a turntable, found it and bought it. Best Buy is my normal go-to for electronics.

Sales associates were knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help. None of the sales associates were pushy. We looked and researched one day, then went back the next and purchased the next.

Customer service was helpful in directing me to the products I wanted as well as discussing the best way to use them.

Bought a TV 📺,icebox,and a speaker 🔊. Great deals. But the price for the TV to be mounted on the wall wall ridiculous!!! $300

Went to buy some 4k Blurays to add to my collection. I saved over 10$ on 3 movies because I'm a total tech member! Had a few questions about a laptop. A sales associate helped me out. I believe her name was Veronica or Victoria. She was really helpful. One of my movies scanned at the incorrect price from what was listed in the BB app. She got this corrected for me. I was happy about that because it was 27$ higher than listed in the app and on the shelf where I got it.
So I had a great experience at this store!!!

Ordered my tv and the following day came back to pick it up, all I had to do was let them know when I arrived for the pick up and they loaded it into my car

Very nice friendly helpful staff at the front doors when you walk in this location has a great selection of the newest appliances tvs all kinds of home electronics. Good place to shop.

Somehow I got locked out of my laptop. Scheduled an appointment for The Geek Squad the gentleman was patient and tried several different options that I knew nothing about. Now I'm leaving with a functioning product again. Can't ask for more than that.
