The Artisan Gift Boxes

I had a great experience with this company and let me tell you why. Their actual product was great but I am very impressed with how they handled an issue I had. Long story short, I ordered a gift box for my wife to be delivered same day and due to an error on the company’s end, my gift was not going to arrive on time. I contacted the owner and she figured out what happened almost immediately, was very apologetic and even hand delivered the gift box to my wife to ensure it arrived within the specified time frame I originally requested. This instance really speaks volumes about Catherine and how much she cares about her work. I would absolutely use her again and will recommend her to anyone looking for similar services.

Amazing service! This was the first time I used Artisan Gift Boxes and had a wonderful experience. I ordered 50+ corporate Christmas boxes delivered to clients just a few weeks before Christmas. Catherine responded right away and made it happen! I love that they source locally and all of our clients LOVED the boxes! Beautiful, well-done and fabulous customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I contacted Catherine last minute (a Saturday morning) to see if she would be able to do a same day delivery for a family remember in the hospital. She responded via text immediately and said no problem at all. She put together a custom basket and had it delivered within two hours. The basket itself was beautifully packaged and had an assortment of unique and delicious snacks. As soon as it was delivered I received a text notification, which was much appreciated. Doesn't get much easier than that! Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating a last minute request so quickly!

Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had!
