Royal Farms

I have been coming in to this store for years. The bathrooms and the trash in the parking were terrible. I kept coming back because of the friendliness of the clerks.
Lately, I have been impressed with the improvement of the store's appearance. I was so impressed I spoke to the manager about the cleanliness and how hiring Anthony to keep the store clean was the best thing he could have done for the store. When I go in the store, I see Anthony sweeping the parking lot, taking the trash out, cleaning the bathrooms, and today I saw him wiping counters down. The manager and staff are top notch.

This is an great, 24 hour, full service location. They have everything a Royal Farms could offer. Competitive prices on gas and diesel. A well stocked, neat and tidy store. The made to order food kitchen is open all night. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. One of best Royal Farm stores you'll ever visit.

They even have indoor and outdoor dining area seating.

I am a huge ROFO fan. I drive a tanker and am all over a few states, frequent many of their "ROFO" stores; but store 193 on 2/13/24 12:15 am was top shelf in every aspect! Cleanliness was awesome, service was exceptional, assistance at check out was wonderful, especially the smiles... and I am sorry but not all ROFO's are created equal! Store 193 your chicken was off the chart good, along with your well stocked coffee bar and staff!!

Ive been at this store numerous times and parking lot was a bit rough but today it was beautiful! Someone worked very hard to clean it up and make it look so inviting that I noticed the hard work!! Great job!

Just arrived late into town and needed dinner at 1am. Lucky for me, my hotel recommended the chicken at Royal Farms. The chicken and sauces were delicious, but what really stood out was the stellar customer service from Nelly! Tay was so friendly and kind too. After a long day of travel, it was nice to be treated so warmly by Royal Farms. I'll definitely be back!

Store was clean inside and out. Everyone wearing masks during covid. Got snacks for our plane ride later tonight. Will be back again when we get back

Great fresh chicken, staff was polite and helpful. This should be the gold standard for the Royal Farm Brand!

Nice place. I want to shout out the overnight cook. I ended up with order number 666. That number speaks for itself. Thankfully she kindly rewrapped my food without that number on it.

Came in tonight and Trisha the manager help me out alot and very very friendly she’s a keeper and service

I just want to personally thank Jessica for her hospitality this morning. I was trying to get air in my tire from the free services but instead of air going in my air was coming out and left me at 13 PSI I thought I would have to call AAA but Jessica gladly stepped in and said she would use her personal pump to get me back on the road. Everything worked out ! Thank you Jessica!

Great gas prices but more importantly as soon as you walk into the establishment the smell of freshly fried chicken fills the air and it immediately grabs your attention. The chicken fresh, very well seasoned and very juicy. I had the chicken tenders which were very meaty so you get full with a few and I had their chicken thighs which were a perfect golden brown. If you're ever in the area and stopping for gas please get some chicken before getting back on the road.

Fred works behind the counter cooking their delicious chicken, but Fred is the real treat. Love your sense of humor…keep us laughing!

I work here, and let me tell you something. When you have a shorthanded crew every night you work almost, and you still manage to run a decent business, you would be just as proud as I am of this store. It is hard to get everything in the store perfect. Our fryers will lock us out if we dont clean the fryer filters, so if you say the chicken tastes bad either 1. Ask for another piece. 2. Get a refund. Or 3. Go somewhere else. I eat at this place everyday and nothing ever tastes bad. My co-workers are very nice people and they are very understanding and helpful. If you're giving us bad reviews, stop in and tell us rather than writing it online. You won't find a better royal farms out there.

First time getting the famous chicken from a Royal Farms - actually our first Royal Farms visit. We had heard so much about their food so we finally gave it a try. The chicken was very juicy, tender, tasty, maybe a tad too salty but overall loved it. Potato wedges had a nice seasoning and taste to them. Biscuit was tasty and buttery. The cheese sauce was tasty as well. We will definitely get the fried chicken and sides from here again.

I visted here on Oct 21 2019, at approximately 2:30pm. The elderly cashier grossly lacked tact and customer service; she needs training. However, this is a great service and convenient stop with some appetizing fried chicken.

A very busy gas station but they have their act together. I was surprised to see the lighting on each shelf for everything in the store. Each shelf was light up with a hidden rope light, which makes it very easy to see items. That was a great idea and really brightens up the place.

Clean bathrooms and good food selections. Plenty of gas pumps. Easy on and off the parkway.
