We take our French Bulldog, 'June' here and she struggles with anxiety from being around other dogs. The staff are amazing at handling her with extra TLC and she always looks so beautiful and well cared for when we pick her up from her appointment! Keep up the great service and great care for our '4 legged family members'!

They always have what I need for my pets. They offer a lot of deals especially online for pick up at the store. The get your order ready very quickly as well.

Amazing place. Lillie did my dogs hair and did Amazing. She was professional ask before would do shared her thoughts. Took time to get to know bruiser before she took him. Store very clean, staff all very friendly and store well organized.

They have everything you can think of; they have it set up well. Offers dog training info, and birds , cats. One stop shopping!

Clean for a pet store… much cleaner than any other place. This is good and bad! Good because I like clean and for allergy sufferers it helps keep dander down, bad because Hank don’t get to clean up the dropped kibbles left on the floor. Overwhelming selection and onsite K9 training classes. We’re doing the full six week training and it’s definitely helping. Not only for our pup, but for us to know how best to create an environment where he’s excited to learn and engage with us.

The associate that helped me pick out my new baby hamster and baby gerbils was so kind and helpful! I'm actually from Ohio and just happened to be in Fort Wayne. So glad I stopped in!!

We get our puppy groomed here and they are so good with her. The products they use don't irritate her skin and they trim her perfectly for her breed. She loves to go and it's clear they care for her as well.

Staff is SO helpful. If you don't see what you're looking for, ASK. My dog food appeared to be out of stock. A worker asked if she could help. Apparently, stock had come but not on the shelf yet. ALSO scored 2 shirts for my 85 lb. "Baby" on clearance for $5ea. SWEET!

They have crickets (usually) & dog food.

Love taking our dogs here. Both my dogs go here for haircuts with our groomer Luke. He does a fantastic job and gets to know both of our dogs one on one. Received great haircuts overall!
