I used to go in the store almost every day to buy cigarettes. I usually have paper money. I purchase with coins occasionally. Usually quarters. This last time I came in he was mumbling in a foreign language. I looked him in the eye and asked him what he was saying. He did not have the courage to tell me even though he was behind the counter. When I asked him a second time what he was saying he made a waving motion like I was a little kid. Shouldn't behave this way towards grown men, you might see them again...

bought a couple of tickets like I always do and went back to my truck to check them. the old man came out side and beating on my window telling me to leave , I had been in my truck no more than 2 minutes when he did this. I was not in the way of anybody nor was anybody waiting for me to leave.I have seen the old guy do something like this before.if he does not want to be there maybe he needs to find another line of work so he does not have to deal with people.I will not be going back and neither will I let my people buy gas there anymore.

Bought a disposable vape from this store and it didn't work. Brought it back in, and the clerk told me he couldn't return it. I just asked for an exchange, and he angrily tossed another one at me. Guess what - that one didn't work either. I love it when clerks get upset at me for complaining about them selling broken stuff.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I was on my way to class and i had to go to the bathroom just as we were going into Hixson. After pulling into a Citgo gas station on 153, i use the bathroom and take no longer than 5-8 minutes. When i come out however, the belligerent store manager proceeds to yell at me. Long story short, i got banned from a Citgo gas station for using the bathroom. I called Corporate to make a complaint and i am redirected to another number. The person who answered the phone sounded bored and like be didn't want anything but to get me off the phone. He said he'd talk to the man and the conversation ended there. The man was more than unfriendly, he straight up screamed at me. Older Indian male in his 50s or 60s. All i could understand was something anout people walking out because i had to go to the bathroom. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!! Its a damned shame i cant put Zero stars. I never used this store before but i will NEVER use it again.

I have bought gas at this location dozens of times. Went in and bought a Pepsi and was reading a note on my phone and the old man comes out and ANGRILY tells me I need to move away from the pump. I am 60 and I have never had anyone claim I was staying at a pump too long. I will never buy anything else there again.
