Purely the best customer service given by Wyletta the Mgr from the kitchen area. As I travel, sometimes I'm not there but every other month and she still remembered exactly how I wanted a special order pizza. Attention to detail is everything! Give that lady some paper with a raise! She's keeping people coming back!

Very new, so very clean store. Easy to get in and out of. Pizza is really tasty 😋! Decaf coffee was smooth and not bitter. The fruit punch slush is also good. Their donuts are hit or miss, loads of food you can fresh order at the kitchen area and places to sit and eat on both sides of the store. I just wish you could hook a credit card to the weigels club card instead of only a bank account that runs through a third party processor. Seriously, try the pepperoni pizza...so much hot delicious cheese!!

Sarah makes the best pizza and is always nice to customers! She deserves a raise!

OK first of all let me just complement the store on their professionalism. We happen to go here on a day when Ryan in the pizza department made my daughter a fully fresh cheese pizza and I will say that it was absolutely outstanding. The professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the store and the bathrooms is A+ ratings you must stop by this location and see for yourself this store is heaven sent.

Valerie at this Weigel's was so helpful. I needed a fuel receipt from earlier this morning, as the receipt I took from pump #3 was for another customer.
Valerie took the time to find the transaction, reprint the receipt and went way above & beyond my expectations by sending me a picture of the receipt so I did not have to drive back to Chattanooga from Cleveland to pick it up!
Any time I rent a car from the CHA Airport. I will always fill the rental car up at this Weigel's!

So excited to have a Weigels in town! I’ve stopped in several times since they opened and have been very impressed. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has been over the top helpful and friendly . Their dairy products come from their own cattle farm right here in East Tennessee and are exceptional! If you’re a chocolate milk lover like me, check theirs out, it’s great. Oh, and they have a milkshake/smoothie machine!

Heard great things about this gas station from so many friends who live in the Hixson area and it did not disappoint! Don’t think I’ve ever been to a gas station where you can literally make your own caramel macchiato in addition to many different great brews of hot coffee! Pizza, burgers, sandwiches and above all their Peanut Butter Chocolate Milk is to die for! I stopped in for a coffee before I went to Big Soddy Creek Gulf for the day and it was hands down the best iced coffee I’ve ever had from any gas station! I cannot wait for the new Weigel’s to open five minutes from where I live off Shallowford/153 soon! I’ll definitely be there a lot!

Seems to be competitive with area gas prices. Highway 153 north entrance is required to come in at the light. The 153 entrance and exit is for 153 south. 16 pumps and pumps 3, 4, 15 &16 have diesel (corner pumps toward 153). Lots of hot snacks to purchase, including roller food, I love roller food. Pizza by the slice or whole pie. Plenty of parking on the front three sides of the building. Lots of coffee options. The fountain drinks also have tea and frozen drinks. Lots of indoor seating to eat at.

Omg! Is this a restaurant? A grocery store? A bakery? A gas station? A coffee shop? A phone store? A tobacco mart? An ice cream shop? A rest area with huge restrooms that are CLEAN AND STOCKED??? Heaven??

Last question…. Did I really encounter FIVE friendly and efficient associates who didn’t look like they hated life and their job, were pleasant and friendly but not in the obvious fake way that some stores have their associates act, who multitasked by quickly jumping on the register to keep the lines down in between stocking/cleaning, etc??

I’m pretty sure this is the convenience store version of Chick-fil-A.

In all seriousness, I was super impressed by everything! Pumps were clean, trash was empty outside, the store was clean, all the food and Bev stations were clean and stocked, restrooms stocked and clean, only one person in line per register (did I really see 3 to 4 registers?? With enough associates to jump on and help if needed??)

All the other convenience stores in Chattanooga are going to have to up their game bc some serious competition just moved to town! Hope to see more Weigel’s popping up all over town soon!

Weigel's is like Wawa meets RaceTrac. They have a huge selection of items, including a station with a selection of freshly made items like subs and pizza, and the gas prices are competitive. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful and the store has been kept clean and organized.

I cldnt wait for this to be built 5 mins. away from my house plus THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! All the cashier's are sooo friendly, I try to stop in daily just to say hi or see a smile.

Best convenience store for miles. Most friendly workers I've experienced in a convenience store (not used to that!). Very helpful. Everyone deserves a raise!
