AT&T Store

Leslie was able to help my wife and I get new phones. My phone had stopped working and she was able to find us the best phone for our needs. She went out of her way to check on the color for each of the phones we wanted. Also she made sure we had the correct cases to keep our phones safe. As well as the new charger for my wife's 15.
Overall we had a wonderful experience and would ask for Leslie's help next time we come in to upgrade our daughter's phones. Thanks again Leslie!!!

My boyfriend was on Verizon, his phone stopped working so we went to Verizon and sat there for 4 hours and absolutely nothing was solved, we decided to add him onto my plan at AT&T and we were there for 45 minutes, getting our bill down a significant amount, getting a brand new phone for my boyfriend, and even getting a very good discount on a new case and screen protector. They also have a very very good discount for educators! Edgar was the associate that helped us, and he was exceptional, helped us more than we could ask, and was quick and very informative.

Karim was AMAZING! We switched to AT&T from another carrier and he made everything super simple for us, was honest about plans and pricing so there wouldn't be any surprises after the fact and was so nice through the whole experience. He was patient with us when our previous carrier made things more difficult than it should be to switch services and was more than accommodating to us and our little boy. We've recommended him and the store to family members who are also considering switching!

I took advantage of the offer to trade in my phone on a new one. Melissa at the store on 153 in Chattanooga was friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in transferring data from my old phone to the new one. She answered all my questions.

This store has incredible customer service! The manager Kendra walked me through a complex transfer process, including multiple calls to customer service, emails and even a follow up visit later in the day. Will definitely return here for any future issues, can’t believe how patient and helpful she was!

Mikki was incredible to work with. She patiently helped us transfer 6 lines and painstakingly made sure we got the best deals ever. She even wanted to make sure that we had her card so we could make sure she's here any time we need to come in. Loved this experience and 500% better than Verizon! We're very happy glampers!

I was helped by the business expert Karim. He was very polite, knowledgeable, attentive and had a great attitude. He even held my phone for me in the store while it was updating so I could run some errands! There was also another gentleman who helped me (unsure of his name) who was also very knowledgeable and friendly!! Definitely recommend this store!

Service very good. Only service to get better is service on phone to business part of service.
That needs repair. Can't get help at store with regards to bill and no person/person service on real important not good way to run business. Store trusted enough to sell phone's,accessory to go with phone and place to pay bill, but not trusted to help with problems about money things with phone after you get it. If trusted enough for taking money but not trusted to help fix problems with bill that they convinced you to get into. Folks on phone have difficulty understanding for many reasons, to no fault on persons side, but company fault for not making folks at store able to fix problems with bill. As big as AT&T is, they should set standards and goals on service with bill problems.. they not acting like should. I signed up for many things 3 years ago before changes, 4 lines, and can't get problems fixed. Reason not changed service I'd they are best one at my location and like service..bill service different story.

I am a senior citizen. I have gotten a variety of services, help and product purchases from this AT&T store over the past few years. Staff has always been friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have always made an appointment so never had to wait for service. Store is clean and up scale.

came in to trade my iphone xr for the iphone 14 pro max. Adcedric helped me so well, easiest and some of the greatest service i’ve ever received. very informative, friendly, highly recommend!

My Store Reps name was Karim and he was awesome. Answered all questions I had, made sure I got the best deal, and overall gave me a great customer service experience. I recommend anyone who visit this store to ask for him. I know I will going forward.

All the associates were extremely friendly and helpful. The young man that helped me, Gray, was very knowledgeable. They were all wearing masks and cleaning/wiping surfaces. Would definitely go back to this location!!!
