Brad was absolutely outstanding, he helped me ship out and return to amazon. He was very nice and respectful as well as polite!! Amazing customer service I will definitely be coming to this store again!!!

The gentleman that always waits on me is just an amazing employee, always polite even under stress and I’m usually in and out of this location quickly!!

Stopped in to see if they could help me get a shipping label to a car rental company in Texas bc my husband forgot his IPad. Andre told me they didn’t do that in store, but I could do it online. He must have read the disappointment on my face and asked me if I wanted his help to get it online. Andre stayed patiently with me through the whole process. It’s more and more rare to have someone go out of their way for anyone and Andre did. He gets 5 stars from me. Thanks, Andre!

Amazing knowledgeable and efficient staff. I literally went to 3 ups "locations" (thanks Google 😑) and this was the only one taking amazon returns.

Robert helped me. He was solid. His arm was in a sling and the man made no excuses. Just went about his work. He apologized several times but it wasn't needed. The price wasn't horrible either, which I thought it would be 2 or 3x more than I estimated due to the weight of all the things I purchased during my stay in West Seneca visting family where I am in SWFL.
