I have NEVER had a bad experience in the 2+ years I’ve been a customer. All the employees are very nice, and I’m nice to them. I don’t care about their weight or looks. Before you start complaining about someone you should make sure you’re being a good person with a smile on your face. I live close by so I have met most of the workers from day and night shifts. I’ve never had trouble with change, card machine, gas pumps, night purchases, or getting my receipt. If you’re going to complain about a worker, focus on their attitude only and not their accent or physical attributes. If you can’t be a good person, then stay at home! You have no idea how mean words affect others.

O MY this new Manager Maria who started today is so full of VIVACIOUS vibes and EXCELLENT energy and TOP NOTCH customer service. Such a breath of fresh air! This is my local gas station. I like most everyone who works there... but... Roughly 3 months ago, the acting manager, the well known heavier set woman, literally SCREAMED and YELLED at me in front of customers and a vendor bc I simply asked her a question about a price listed that they forgot to take down and why was I charged a higher price. Obviously there is more to what she was screaming at me but I’ll spare the details. She was jus horrible. I chalked it up to her having a very bad day. Even told her I would pray for her. Ever since then when I see she’s working, I’ll take my phone in to voice record her, jus in case she yelled at me again. She has never screamed at me again but it was so bad that I called HQ on her and complained, something I never do to ppl, I’m jus glad there’s a new manager with an attitude that is beyond par with what I dealt with in the past!

Feel weird writing a review for a gas station but the guy working today had awesome customer service and was very helpful. I forgot to ask his name but wanted to give him a shoutout

Nice gas station very clean and a good selection of snacks and sodas and waters.

Weird, but convenient, location.

Gas station w small store and a car wash. Restroom requires a key. Not clean, but not nasty.

Credit card readers don’t work, so you can only get gas if you have cash on hand

It has to be super bad to actually write a review for a gas station. But it was, THAT BAD. The car wash was broken but they did not close it off. The machine accepted the card but the car wash did not work. I went in to talk to the employee about it. I would expect indifference, but hostility and rudeness, that was a shock. The employee was offensive, used inappropriate verbiage, refused to address the issue, refused to give me a number for management and refused to give me the number to corporate or someone who actually cares to talk to me. She just lacked self respect. I get mediocre service, but to be offensive towards a customer who is simply trying to address an issue hoping for a resolution, that is just a whole different level.

The short heavyset lady with glasses that works nights has a bad attitude. I have never had a problem with any other employee. This time I had quarters and was laying them out in rows of 4 to make it easier for her to count. She says "Excuse you " and messes up the rows of quarters and then began counting them. This is not a new experience unfortunately. There was a time when I would not stop here if I saw her behind the counter. I will not stop here again if she is behind the counter. And I'll definitely be making a complaint in the store.

If you're looking for convenience, this is your store!!! If you're looking for customer service don't bother. This store is conveniently located between my office and daughter's school so I stopped going to the one at walker and 96 so much when it opened.
My first experience was that I had to argue that I paid to get gas so I could get my change back, AFTER I had already pumped it.
The second was last Thursday when the lady at the register jumped down my throat and told me I was rude for putting my money down on the counter and saying "$20 on 6 please." She insisted that I should have handed it to her instead. I was standing at the counter putting my purse and belongings back together waiting on her to finish talking and laughing with another sales associate before she had even acknowledged me. When she did acknowledge me thats when she told me how rude I was. After i pumped my gas, i went back in to get my change and I was still shocked at her accusation so I thought I would apologize. She wouldn't look at me. She shoved my change at me and unwillingly gave me a new receipt for the correct amount of gas I had purchased when i asked her.
I have called the station to talk to the manager several times but she is apparently never there. Convenient. When I called this morning I was told that the managers name is Laquesha. I thought it was ironic that the associate that was so rude to ME is named J'quesha. If I could post a photo of the receipt I would, but I don't see that option.
Fyi, LAQUESHA OR J'quesha, in my business I can't be that rude or I will never get paid. I will still buy gas there of I have to, but I will take my business elsewhere first if time permits. The associates at the Shell on Walker and 96 are super friendly!

Very poor service. I was traveling in the access road right behind the station when I ran out of gas. I know, my bad. So I managed to coast onto the grass on the east side of the station. I went in asking for a gas can that I could use to get me to the pump to fill up. I had to purchase the can and then fill it up. Fair enough. This can has a mechanism that prevents it from pouring unless the spout is in. I was doing this but nothing was coming out. I went back to the agent to ask him how to use the can. He demonstrates sarcastically to take the spout out and do a Cheech and Chong gas pour into my tank. I said this would not work. He goes to the back and gives me a little paper cup to pour one cup at a time into the tank. Frustrated I walked out. I finally discovered the is a cap inside the spout and removed it and then poured the gas into the tank. All no thanks to the gentleman who I think owns the station who either does not speak or refused to speak English. I proceeded down the road where the gas was 7 cents cheaper.

It was around 1:30 a.m. and I went to this store because it was the closest open one available. All I wanted was a bag of chips and a honeybun . When I requested the chips, she obtained them, scanned it and screamed at me “$1.69!!!” I told her I wanted a honeybun as well and all she did was yell “$1.69!!!” Once again. This went on about three times and when she realized I wasn’t leaving with only half of what I wanted, she allowed me to point out the honeybun. When I pointed out the honeybun, which was literally right in front of her , she claimed to not know what I was talking about. I will never go back. I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted because the big cockeyed lady was in a bad mood.

Whoever works after hours with the Prius is always hiding in the back. Don’t come here after 1.

Edit. Everything about this place sucks. Car wash left a blue fluid all over my car. The guy played dumb and acted like I was trying to steal a car wash.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. It’s supposed to be 24 hrs. but I show up at 12:30 am to get gas and no one is there to help me. I’m on E. Called them, someone answered the phone after like 4 rings and then hung up and when I called a second time they decided not to answer but the lights are on and a car is parked outside where the employees normally park.
