Shoe Sensation

I have been looking for shoes for my son's braces for a month now. I decided to go to shoe sensation and hoped for the best. After nearly 2 hours, the sales lady ( didn't catch her name) answered my questions and helped find the best option. From looking to shipping and buying instore, I decided on a pair of Hey Dudes. Turns out they are too small while he's wearing the brace, and the brace is in the shoe. I still appreciate the time she took to try and help me. I do, however, wish they had more sizes and widths available in store and online.

1st time there, bought my grandson some nice sketcher tennis shoes. He was very happy. Would of loved buy one get another pair half off, but no deal. Clerk very friendly!

Went in there last 2 days. Worked with Tina both visits. She is an excellent sales woman and is VERY enthusiastic about her job. You can really tell she cares about her customers and did everything possible to make myself and my mom have a positive experience. That's one big reason we came back for a second day of shopping instead of going elsewhere. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that the store is pet friendly! More places should follow this example. Dogs are family to most owners and a lot of customers appreciate when stores are accommodating! Very positive experience we will return! Great job Tina :)

I purchased 2 pair of Skechers slip ins. They are extremely comfortable and buy one the other is half price. Nice clean well stocked store.

Spectacular customer service, buy one get one 50% off like Rogan's, but without the inflated " regular" prices. AND 1 year warranty add on for $7 that covers everything!! My husband is a VERY particular shoe shoppers abs he found three pair...hiking, tennis shoes, and sketchers slip on. If you have tried it yet, you should!

This is my first time shopping here. Mike went over and above to assist us in any/every way. This was an all around great experience and we will be back!

I decided to go to shoe sensation for the first time. Not really looking for anything in particular. I was greeted by A Lady named Tina. She was very helpful and a great personality. I had a few questions, and she was able to help me with each and every question.. I also noticed as I went in that. They had a sign that said dogs were welcomed. I was totally impressed with that because I came from another state in which dogs were welcomed in each and every store. I think more stores should also adopt this practice. I definitely will be back and hope to work with Tina again. And I will be bringing my Fur baby.Thanks Tina and Shoe Sensation, You are my New Go to shoe store. P.S.I purchased new shoes.

The person who took care of me went above and beyond what I could have imagined. I have special needs and she was very patient and knowledgeable. I will return to this store in the future. Also, the store looked so festive with the holiday balloons. Great to see a patriotic company that’s not afraid to show it.

The staff was very helpful. If they didn't have a particular pair of shoes in your size on the shelf, they would offer to look or order for pickup at their store. Also very clean and organized.
