Daisy was awesome at helping me get my new iPhone and Apple Watch. She made sure everything was working and I was all set up before we left the store. It was an easy process.

We walked in and Marissa greeted us immediately. She even remembered our names from our last visit. Marissa and Ellise were very helpful and friendly. Ellise worked hard to get us a discount. Thanks.

Very professional, courteous and helpfully. Ask Nathan if he could transfer info from old phone to new phone, he did. After he was finished made sure he had everything transferred and how to use my new phone.

This is the best service I've ever received from any cell phone provider. The employee who helped me, Randy, was so kind and so very patient helping me with changing to Verizon, getting a new phone and helping to get my watch set up, as well. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

Lacey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She made sure to walk me through all of my options and the process of upgrading to a new phone. Marissa and Tonya are amazing! I had an issue with Spectrum switching to Verizon and Marissa and Tonya went to war for me. Because of them, I have a means of communication.

Thank goodness for stores like this one! All about helping the customer. As an older person, I am not tech savvy. Michael did it all and explained everything. Every store I called in Omaha will not assist so it was very worth the extra trip for me to travel the extra distance. Thanks so much! Will definitely take all my business to Plattsmouth location!!!

They can't help modify accounts here but the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My experience with Michael was great, very professional. Cloning the old phone was so helpful. Highly recommended.
