In Va Beach on vacation and lost my prescription eyeglasses, contacts, and eyedrops. The CVS pharmacist was extremely helpful and prompt assisting me in transferring my eyedrops and applying discounts to both of them. Thank you CVS!! Because of you, our vacation was not ruined!!

I have never had a bad experience here. The COVID-19 Protocols are clearly stated online, on the in-store signage, and ON TOP OF ALL THAT, will be explained by any Pharmacy staff member you happen to ask. Also, fantastic communication with me -- they asked for my text number and notify me by text: (1) when my Rx refill is ready; (2) when I could simplify my Rx with a new Rx for a 90 day supply instead of 30 day; and (3) when I request they work with my Doctors and my Insurance Company -- I love this place. Over the counter products are logically arranged and always stocked. What is not to love?

The nurse practitioner Suzanne and the pharmacy technician Alexis were both great! When they didnt have the right size medication Suzanne prescribed, Alexis said she could send it to a different CVS. She even gave me the time to look up on my phone which one would be on my way home! (It took a little while lol) She called to confirm with the pharmacy that it would be there before sending it. Suzanne came out from the clinic area to check on us and make sure we had everything straightened out. I appreciate both of their help so much! They both deserve a raise! Lol

The Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists are the best!!! The whole staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. I have my favorite staff that I love to see. They brighten my day when I pick up my prescriptions. I would highly recommend everyone to go here.

This is the best Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are sweet, professional, always engaging, and as a bonus....remember who you are! For years I had a hard-to-find specialty drug that had to be ordered and they are the tops in that field! I highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience here at CVS. Tory and Kim, you're both amazing. I would give you ten stars if I could. The rest of the staff was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be coming back soon!!!!!

Was directed to Hilltop location from Rosemont Road for assistance in scheduling my vaccine. Jerry Wiggins assisted and couldn’t have been more friendly and professional as he reviewed my predicament. He efficiently took care of the problem. I will return to this location in the future! The nurse practitioner Lauren is the most competent and helpful person I have ever worked with when it has come to doctor offices or dot certification processes. She went above and boyond to help me and provided excellent customer service.

Very efficient and professional Photo Department. John did excellent job with my passport photos. If you need photos for any documents - come to this location!

I drive out of my way to go to this location. From the front to the pharmacy to the minute clinic, I have never experienced anything other than stellar customer service.

Easy parking in garage. Why people park in bank lot across the street and get towed. I have no idea.
