Diego, gave me the best experience I have ever had with a phone company. The whole team at Verizon in highland was top tier. Thank you guys for the experience and the excellent service. I highly recommend Verizon for any business that’s starting out.

I got a new phone and the sales person by I believe the name of Mikeal was very helpful and patient! He answered any questions I had and overall got things done quickly. Definitely a very positive experience 👍!

Mike the Associate that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable! Ask for him next time you are there and he will hook you up.

The sales person (Mike) was very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. I not only purchased a new phone but enjoyed our conversation.

The employee who helped me, his name was Diego.
He was very, very kind. If it hadn't been for his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to set up my phone.
He called someone at your main office so they could walk me through setting up my pin number, and then communicated with her when I didn't understand what she wanted me to do.
He helped me for almost an hour.
Don't worry, I got there a little past 9 a.m.; the store had just opened, and no one else came into the store until a little after 10 am.
I hope Diego's supervisor or manager sees this. He should get a bonus, a raise, or something. He was great!

We came in on Christmas Eve and were greeted immediately. The store is smaller which I think is better. Matt assisted us in less than 2 minutes and he was helpful the entire way through the process. He showed us all the different options available to us and told us what would work best for us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Ivan helped me today and he was wonderful. He was very professional
and explained everything in a way I could understand it. One thing that really stood out to me was when you walk in the door staff acknowledges you right away. I will diffently refer family and friends to this location.

Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable about our issues, caused by the online Verizon representative- he was great where she Failed miserably!!

The thought of going into a mobile phone store to have my data transferred from one phone to another filled me with dread, but this experience could not have been better. There was no wait, and all of the associates seemed willing to help me when I walked in. Matt was the first to greet me; so he was the unlucky victim, but he was happy to help me. He was patient, informative and a real superstar. He didn't make much of any commission from my transaction; so please ask for him if you are going in to start new service or buy an expensive phone. You'll be happy with the help he gives you, and he deserves the business.

This was my second time visiting this associate and every time she has been very helpful and went out of her way to make sure that my experience was excellent. Good job. We need more people like this in the workforce. Her name was Genesis by the way

The workers in the store are very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been having issue with my Verizon plan since months and no customer service ever called could fix the issue but they were able to help me and solve the problem in the nicest way and they dealt with a very upset customer in a calm and professional way.

I had a great experience! Brittany and her team exhibited excellent costumer service! They were quick and efficient with all my requests! The best part is they saved me a lot of money on my monthly bill!

Ray and Victor were extremely helpful. Gave me the best deal and I walked out with everything I needed at a wonderful price. Ray was very patient and answered all questions. It was close to closing and he managed to make sure I left happy with my purchase. I appreciate the kind customer service at this location, I’ll definitely have to stop in for future services and purchases for my family needs. Thank you!!

Terrific service… The gentleman that helped me I think his name was Mark. He was knowledgeable thoughtful, considerate, and helpful. All is good :-)

Worked with Jacob at Highland store in Ca. He was caring and extremely helpful. I had an extremely bad runaround with misinformation talking with two different representatives just to find out that the promotion I expected was not offered. I did leave store happy because of Jacob's extra customer service efforts.

Went in to swap my Verizon service from my note 8 to my new iPhone 11. That I already had but never turned on, ( I’ve have always been a Android guy, but my note 8 got full and my wife convinced me to try the iPhone out). Jacob a worker at the Verizon store in highland, was extremely helpful and down to earth. He got my service swapped over and was able to help swap all my pictures, messages, contacts and was cool and patient. It took forever, but he didn’t mind. Hands down great customer service. Sales rep Andrew was very knowledgeable and made the process extremely easy. He gave me different options and helped me make the right decision. When we had a problem with my Verizon account the manager Javier jumped in and fixed it quickly. I'll be coming here from now on for all my phone upgrades 👍

I walked into this store with high expectations of quality service and quality phones! Eddie Somoza the assistant manager helped my family and i. With killer amazing deals, Eddie not only helped me switch carriers from sprint to Verizon, he made sure we left the store satisfied and well informed on our phones and deals. I couldn’t be more happy with the decision to change over to Verizon for my family and my self. I highly recommended Verizon and if you are in the San Bernardino/highland area this store in specific!
