AT&T Store

We came in to trade in our phones and switch service from another provider. We worked with Rashawn he was very patient as we asked him to print several quotes with some features added and some taken off. We showed him some competitor quotes and he was very vigilant calling the promotion center to see what att could offer to gain our business it was a pleasure working with him. I wish everyone was as patient, and customer care oriented as him!

Went in to check my options since my s22 charging port was burning and wouldn’t charge. The team in there was phenomenal especially MELISA ! She went above and beyond to help me file a claim with pure honesty. I’ve been with AT&T for awhile now and I can say that her service was just exquisite. She made me feel comfort insuring I don’t feel left behind. Give her a HUGE raise! well deserving for the effort she puts in ! Thank you so much MELISA and best regards !

I am very delighted with the service I was provided when I visited yesterday. They had ready accessories for my new phone and the associates were very polite and courteous. I recommend their services.

Melissa and Cely at the AT&T in Brickyard went above and beyond for me and I wasn't even a customer. I was locked out of my car in the middle of a rain storm they let me charge my phone and call for roadside assistance when they didn't have to. So grateful to them.

We were at the AT&T store in the Brickyard Chicago. Our sales rep, Avian was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with our purchase and help with our service plan.

I came here with my mom a couple months ago and the lady who attended us kept telling us that we did not qualify for the promotion. A month later my mom and I tried again and my 5 out 5 star goes specifically to Khristian because he was extremely helpful and we got a good deal and our wifi has been of great service. Such great customer service, everytime we go pay the bill Khristian is very helpful and polite!!

The ladies at AT&T, Celi and Melissa were very helpful to me. I need to recover my Google Account. I highly recommend this store and the ladies!

I had a great experience. They helped me get my phone connected and they were able to get everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Sales reps were super patient, friendly and knowledgeable and I am glad I came to this location. They had great promotions on accessories.

Had a great experience at this location the reps in this store really take time to explain different options & I NEVER felt rushed or pushed into being made to buy something I didn't want. Jeffrey, Xavier & Alex were awesome at helping me pick the right phone for my daughter! I'll always go to this location as long as they work there! #great customer service
