I recently stopped by the store after having to travel from 3 other AT&T stores who couldn’t fix my issues. As soon as I came in I was nicely greeted, and told when I would be taken care of. They greet everyone from the door, and acknowledge you even if they’re dealing with other customers, which is great. I got help on my account from Deante Y. He was very knowledgeable, and caught several mistakes on my account that I had for years, that other stores have been over looking for awhile. Because my situation was complex, he was not able to complete the process, so I had to deal with customer care, he allowed me to stay in the store with customer service until I was done, and helped me navigate through questions I did not know. I was extremely frustrated with AT&T for a number of reasons, but his professionalism, patience and reassurance won be back as a customer. Thanks Deante

Demetrius was fantastic, professional, and knowledgeable! Super kind and there was NO wait. He didn’t push me to purchase a bunch of add ons and told me how I could save money. Love that AT&T is unionized on all fronts. The employees are fantastic!

I was having issues reconnecting my account, phone support told me that I couldn’t reactivate my account. I came in to the 404 location and Cristian C. was able to take care of my account, active it and reassured me everything would be ok. It was, I’m super happy and excited to be back in action. Cristian Castaneda has been very helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable Cristian has been an outstanding representation of an AT&T sales representative. Cristian answered all my questions and provided extra information that will help me as an AT&T customer.
Our first interaction with Cristian was him opening the door for my wife and me simultaneously, welcoming us into the store. The reason why we were at the store was to get a SIM card for my brother-in-law; during the waiting process to activate the card, Cristian kept us entertained by talking to us and asking how our day was. We told him that we’d be driving to California in two days, and he shared his experiences of driving from California to Maryland. I asked him if they had any phone mounts for the drive to California, and he escorted me to the phone  accessories, where he showed us everything we needed as well as giving us the information on the accessories. He was not being pushy and was not upswelling anything to us that we didn’t need, we felt that he was very genuine.
We appreciated all the help Cristian! I wish to have more experiences like this in the furture as an AT&T customer.

The representative Jason was professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. He offered many options to help save on my bill. Most importantly all the staff adhere to the safety guidelines in affect due to Covid👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Noah is really great!!! Came in way earlier than my appointment time and I still got greeted and seated immediately. He helped me with my new phone that took not even 30 mins for the upgrade process. I brought the acct holder along, who’s my relative and he can seem like he knows it all and asks too many questions that Noah Already answered. Noah had great patience with my relative and clear communication during the entire visit and explained to my relative with no issues at all that related to the upgrade process. Everything was quick, clear, and I got what I wanted in no time. Great store!

This review is specifically for Noah at the Severn store! Let me tell you, this man deserves a raise! Seriously!! My fiance and I stopped in the store today to gather some information about upgrading our iPhones and also see what could be done about my voicemail, that suddenly stopped working several months ago! I have spent numerous hours on the phone with customer service just for the customer service agent and myself to end the call confused, aggravated and with no fix!! So we told Noah what the issue was and he offered to call customer service for us.. well long story short, my voicemail FINALLY works !!!! FINALLY!!!! After months and countless calls, I cannot begin to tell you the amount of time I have spent on the phone with customer service and how many times this and that was reset and rebooted and so on. So frustrating, I finally said screw it and gave up!! But just then, the Severn presented Noah! lol. On top of his great customer service he also has a very personable personality and we actually enjoyed our entire interaction with him today! Shared a few laughs and all. We truly hope to see Noah be recognized for his amazing customer service because he truly deserves it. Hard to get good service these days and with a A+ personality too!

Erica the sales consultant helped me and she had a great attitude and showed me the best representation of AT&T. I told her how I passed three or more other locations, and I’m glad I did. My boyfriend and I decided we wanted new phones last night - Drove to the AT&T store in Gambrills since it was close to our home got there 25 minutes before closing and was told by the two employees to come back tomorrow because they didn't have time to upgrade a phone and add a new line to my plan. Mind you they had NO ONE in the store, I mentioned to my boyfriend that we would just go over to the AT&T store in Severn because they close at 9PM instead of 8pm and the female employee at Gambrills rolled her eyes and said "uhmmm no they close at 8PM." Totally turned me off to this store and I would not recommend anyone going there for my short experience there. Anyway, We left there and I called over to the Severn store and Erica answered the phone we explained what we were looking to do told her we were about 20 minutes out and she said there would be no issue and she would see us when we got there. Erica greeted us when we walked in, She was very Pleasant to work with, Knowledgeable, Helpful in every part of the sale, She stayed 15 minutes past closing to make sure our phones had transferred everything over and My boyfriend and I just felt like we were dealing with a Family Member! Erica made our experience at AT&T delightful. I have never had a issue with this AT&T store - all the staff are extremely pleasant to work with and super transparent. We both are in sales and we understand how sales works. Erica is one hell of a sales associate !!! You guys have lucked out to get such an amazing person working for you !! I was a little hesitant about switching carriers from Verizon just because I didn’t really know much on the process. I have had a really bad experience with Verizon such as the bill, customer service, and just really the entire experience with them as a whole. I came in today with my boyfriend and met with Erica who was absolutely wonderful. The phones we wanted weren’t in store and were going to be shipped closer to Christmas however we wanted something ASAP. Erica is awesome and made that happened where the phones we wanted will be delivered tomorrow! She then went out of her way to ensure I get the best deals possible as a first responder/health care worker. She was so relatable and caring towards our needs and went out of her way to ensure the AT&T experience was worth the change. Tomorrow I go in to activate our phones/watches once they’re delivered and I’m super excited!! I cannot say thank you enough to Erica for just being the cool, relatable person she was who actually cared about our needs. I hope she can become a store manager one day because I will faithfully be coming to her for our AT&T needs.

LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT A PHONE STORE EVER!
I went in wanting to switch to AT&T from another provider. The store was super busy but Erica made sure to come over to us to get us checked in and even got us started on collecting the information I needed from my previous carrier (which was SUPER helpful as my previous provider made it incredibly difficult just to get basic information on my account and took over 30 mins).
Erica made the whole process super easy and stress free. She answered every question I had and I ended up leaving with everything I wanted/needed!

The employee there was wonderful. I was on hold with AT&T for Almost an hour and couldn't get issues resolved with the online order I had placed earlier in the day.
The employee got it resolved in a matter of minutes. I got a new phone line with service and got my new device and was out the door within an hour.
Amazing customer service and super sweet guy. I would 100% recommend this place.

Sometimes the challenges of online are too great and in-person gets the job done. The staff at this AT&T wireless location were polite, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. I questioned something and they researched and found what needed to be done to get the marketed promotional price. So 5 bars and 5 stars for the folks at this AT&T location.

Erica H. did a great job! Assisted me in checking if there was an Apple Watch I wanted, and if it was available at their location. She checked to make sure they had it and explained it couldn’t be held but that they were not busy. I arrived in 30mins and she was readily available to help and remembered our call. She was very helpful in explaining everything to me and gave an honest assessment of the new series 6 watch. She assisted with explaining the cellular data and what would appear on my bill in the future. Very helpful, responsive and great customer service experience was had with her! Thanks Erica, I’ll be back to order a new phone from you too!

I visited this location on 10/14/2020. As I walked to the entrance of the store, an associate that was near the door walked to the back of the store as he saw me coming. As if he was trying to avoid interacting with me even though there were no other customers to help.
Flora Colon greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door and asked me questions to better assist me. I was a new customer and just received my new phones and had already ported my numbers but, I needed to bring in my trade ins. Flora explained how the trade in process worked and how I would receive credit. She also explained the effect on my bill.
I also received information on AT&T TV and current promotions. She was able to show me the device for it and explained the set up which was so easy. I ended up signing up! I had questions about the surface pro and the process to add to my plan and she had the answers. I was there for about an hour or so and Flora never made feel rushed and she was very patient. I also appreciated the fact that if she didn't know or wasn't quite sure about something that I asked, she asked the manager and he was also patient and very helpful.
I left feeling better than when I walked in and was able to get more services than I went in for. The caliber of customer service a person receives can make or break a business. You need more people like her!
P.S.- the rep that was avoiding me ended up getting a rude and nasty customer that came in after me...😏

Highly recommend Erica Hebron! Erica has made transferring cell phone carriers so easy and seamless. Amazing customer service, super friendly and personable, and she even stayed an extra 45 minutes past her shift without any complaints or problems. I will most definitely be coming back to see her. I went in for a simple sim card to activate my phone.. I wasn't pressured into buying a newer model or accessories for the phone I had currently. The service member who helped me was nice, friendly, curtious, and knowledged in her job position. Any questions I had were answered, some in detail.
