Kohl's

I absolutely love ordering online and having store pick up. All I do is place my order online. Pay for it and then go to the store. I don't even have to talk to anybody or stand in line. I just go right to the pick up section. Look for my number take up my freaking order in an out it's great.

Excellent service. The associate was knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. She was very personable and efficient.

Well organized and clean store! I had the opportunity to interact with the staff in jewelry department and they could not have been more helpful. Staff members were patient and gave me great recommendations not based in price but on my expressed preference.

They always check to make sure I have the max discounts available and seem to keep an eye on the lines so that people are never waiting very long. Great place to shop!

It's always pleasant shopping here employees smile and ready to assist when you ask. Never make you feel your taking their time. Or feel as your being watched as if a shop lifter.

I like the fact that I can easily return Amazon packages at this location now... as for general shopping I've yet to take the time to actually use any of the free coupons they give me, but I'm hopeful.

Amazing Staff. They're in the middle of remodeling a few things as well as adding a Sephora department and are doing an excellent job of keeping the store clean and well kept up during all that.

I would like to thank Michael the manager at Kohl's in Porterville for being so kind and thorough and helping us out. My son proposed to my daughter-in-law we ordered a ring through Kohl's the band and the ring were two different sizes when we received it in the mail. We took it back to Kohl's I had my credit card with receipt but no regular receipt. Michael worked diligently for a week to try to get us the right ring with the right size. Words cannot express to you enough how grateful we are to you Michael for being such a great manager and a great person to work with. I recommend Kohl's to anyone and everyone. They Rock.

Customer service was fast and efficient I was able to return my Amazon package no problem in there and out less than a minute

I love the prices and they are happy to help you and the manager always has a smile for you it's just a place where I feel very welcome and love the choices I have to choose from and even though it is very busy during Christmas season and school time you will always have some one to help you find what you are looking for and when I have gone to other Kohl's stores I get great service

Lots of great clothing brands to choose from. I love how you can do free Amazon returns at any Kohl's location without having to package it and get a free coupon in return.

Love Kohl's they had great employees and all are kind and helpful and always find great deals here. I use to think they were expensive but when it comes to discounts and Kohl's cash pretty cool.

Nice and well stocked! Found several bargain items. Very efficient and helpful associates. Plus I got an additional 30% in addition to the sale price! Can't beat that!
