Great store. Tons of deals. I found things I couldn't live without at fantastic prices.

This store has lots if goodies, but the best was the friendly cashier! Went out of her way to find an item for me. All the while with a smile on her face! Definitely will be back & hopefully on her shift

Hello World, visiting Big lots was extraordinary awesome. Couldn't find a worker management need to hire more people. There are people looking for a jobs, management right next door they need to just send them right next door lol. So filling those positions should be the number one goal.

The line was long because it's only one cashier we need people to apply for Big lots maybe they'll get in there. Have a beautiful and blessed day.❤

Quite a variety of products and many at reduced prices plus a walk-in sales display that catches the eye. Cashier was friendly & fast! Only small issue are some shopping carts need wheel repairs or wheel replacement.

Excellent choices and variety of items better quality then Walmart! Love this store

The staff at Big Lots on S Ogden were very nice and helpful. I was looking for something that the online site said was in stock. I couldn’t find it. I asked if they could see what row it was in. The floor employee very graciously went in the back and got it for me. Very nice experience!

This is the Big Lots that I have been mainly coming to for YEARS!!! I like the new look that they gave it within the past year or so... Everything is always clean and it's never too busy. I used to have this one cashier who was my favorite and she always took good care of me. I have not seen her in awhile but overall it is a great location. I will always come and spend more than I intended since all the items are good quality and you usually can't find better pricing with most of the items. I will highly recommend this place to anyone reading this and planning to come visit anytime soon...

Great Products & Valued Savings throughout!

Very bubbly and polite employees!!! Shelf are always stocked and organized except for cereal they always seem to be out. The store was recently remodeled and looks great so much more room the atmosphere is so bright!!!! The don't sell baby things anymore such as blankets, clothes, or diapers and things like that. A lot of nice furniture also beds, frames, furniture seats and they also have the option for delivery.

I always find great buys at Big Lots, today was no exception. We found some great deals on holiday decor and in the grocery aisle. The store is clean and bright, and the associates are very helpful.

The 5++++ Stars go to the S. Ogden Store in Buffalo, NY! Actually I would give them 10 ++++ if I could! The Assistant Manager " Danielle" was a True Blessing who Saved Our Day and Our Opinions about Big Lots. After a visit to the Clarence Big Lots that Evening (10-6-20) in search of a certain style Dining Table they advertise, the Clarence Store called the S Ogden Store to see if they had it in stock. The Clarence Store spoke with Danielle at the S Ogden Store who told the Clarence Store, NO..... they had none in stock. Well the Clarence Store instead of calling to check other stores, took it upon themselves to be LAZY and LIED to us and told us, Yes, S Ogden Store has it in Stock. Well after calling the S Ogden Store to ask them to put it on Hold til tomorrow we were told that they did NOT have it and the Clarence Store was told that they DID NOT have it. Well we were Very Upset and losing all Faith in Big Lots. We called back S Ogden to speak to a Manager, and that's when we were Blessed with Danielle, we told her about our Bad Experience and she was Very Understanding and Polite. Within 10-15 minutes Danielle had called us back and had issue resolved for us. Needless to say we HAVE Our Table and Chairs and couldn't be more Happy. Danielle and Ebony were a Great Blessing and Restored our Faith in Big Lot's..... BUT we will only shop at the S Ogden Store now, despite the Clarence Store being alot closer to Our Home they are Famous for being Lazy and Lying to Customers about other stores having the items that they are out of stock on. They tell them another store has it so they don't have to keep calling stores to check. That was VERY POOR Customer Service, Score them 10 BELOW the Lowest Score!!!! South Ogden's Store has Our Business with their 1000% Customer Service Rating and 1000% Customer Satisfaction Rating! THANK YOU AGAIN DANIELLE & EBONY for your Caring and Devotion to Customers!!! 🙏❤☺ Also a Shout Out to the Cashier who was working that night (10-6-20) who was also Very Friendly, Caring and Helpful, unfortunately we did not get her name but she was also GREAT! THANK YOU!!!

Wow!!!!! They have remodeled the store and I love it!!! Wide open spaces that make it easier to move around. They showcase the furniture section. Lot of choices with the furniture and it seems to be of good quality. They were having this craxy one day sale and Awe ordered a bed for almost 1/2 the price I had paid previously at another store. Im excited!! Can hardly wait til its delivered!!❤❤❤

Very clean well organized store. Employees were very helpful, even went beyond regular customer service and found me exactly what I was looking for quickly.

You can find everything there, you can surprise how many good stuff they have, wonderful tea' s, organic food, international food, always have discounts prices. They sell everything. The people that work there are cain and always helpful. I love this place.
