We went in looking for a washer and dryer. The salesman, Larry, was great. Very informative, helpful, and friendly. We also dealt with the manager, Paul, who was awesome! He made sure everything rang up correctly. Great experience at the VA Beach Blvd store!!

Ben an associate and Angela the store manager went above and beyond today. We had a sticky situation and we were not sure how it was going to be handled. However, Ben and Angela handled it in true, Lows integrity & impeccable, customer service. Ben and Angela thank you.
Then Luis was at the checkout. Now, as much as my husband, and I don’t care for having to do the shelf, check out, he was there, warm, funny and made the check out process easy. And as we were leaving the store, we noticed he happen to be employee of the month for the front end. Absolutely not a surprise!
In a world where everything is so fast paced, and people can be so easily offended it’s easy to forget that you matter. The three of you made a difference in our morning, and we appreciate that.

This 5 stars is for two people specifically, John and Tammy. I bought my weed eater from Lowe’s and had a little trouble with the assembly. I brought it in and walked right up to John and asked for help. He didn’t hesitate to give me the customer service we all dream of. He was warm, friendly, kind, professional and determined to fix my weed eater. He went above and beyond to get the correct tork screwdriver and then we headed over to tools where we met up with Tammy and she assisted further with finding the right tool to get the job done. It was a bit of an ordeal but I truly felt like these people were my friends or family, as they had such wonderful demeanors about taking care of me. They ended up getting the weed eater put together and trust me, it was user error when I put it together so don’t hesitate to buy one from Lowe’s. I can’t thank John and Tammy enough for their gracious assistance and patience with treating me like a friend. I’m so grateful people like this exist in the world, as they continue to restore faith. Love it. Went there because home depot didn't have appliances in stock that I could buy & take home that day. Decided to check with Lowe's they not only had what I wanted in stock, they had them on clearance just because of a tiny dent which I couldn't even see. & dryer door handle was broken off. Very easy fixes. I got both for just under $400. So glad home depot doesn't stock the appliances they sell. This Lowe's just gained a new customer from here on for my home & building needs

I already reviewed the Lowes in Suffolk. It seemed only right to give the good Lowes the proper credit. Suffolk Lowes refused to order a lawnmower for me. They made up excuses and lies about how they couldn’t do it. Then I came to this Lowes and they ordered the mower, gave me the military discount that I could not get online and had me happy and on my way in 10 minutes maybe less. Thank you so much. Please Lowes use this customer service as a template to get the Suffolk Lowes in order. They are terrible.

This Lowes location has been a blessing ever since it opened up back a decade or more ago. Before then, we would have to drive way down the boulevard just to find a home improvement store. Here they always have great deals and outstanding service. My most recent buy was a DeWalt 20v combo pack. Great deal!
