The parts guy at the B & A store in Linthicum was top notch. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. He made me a custom brake line for my 2000 f150. I haven't seen or had great customer service like that in a long long time. Will pass by the other two big chain part stores and go there for now on. Thanks Santa.

First time visiting on a rainy day and the manager, Keith was helping people replace their wiper blades. Nice to see people helping others.

Needed a part about an hour before they closed. Talked on the phone with an employee about some brake hardware. They made sure I was fully accommodated and didn’t try to screw me over. Will just be going here from now on instead of advanced auto or autozone. These guys will find what you need.

The salesman was courteous and helpful. They had the right wipers in stock for my old car. He offered to help another customer install the part he had bought. I will go back to them the next time I need a part.

Great place for general auto parts but the best thing about them is their years of experience behind the counter. If something is odd or does then match, they have the experience to look in manufacturers reference books to get what I need. Other stores get stumped if the computer does not provide them the answer. Been going here for around 42 years.

Jay at the Counter was very patient with me as I fumbled thru my notes looking for part numbers, long story short it was a unique industrial part that no auto parts store would stock, but instead of pushing me aside, he helped me remember and locate the supplier across town. Before I left, I did buy a can of anti-seize, Keep up the great service over there! I'll be back!

Charles was very helpful today and spent time help me finds parts that would work for my project. This was no easy task, he went above and beyond.

They helped me pick out the windshield wipers I needed ,of course came and installed them and it was fast and easy. I would liked the sevice.
