I had been pouring countless hours searching for the perfect stroller, unaware that Baby Grand existed! After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! Nice job!

We found Baby Grand when searching for a crib and dresser after we had a terrible experience at a large brand store. Patty helped us from the moment we walked into the store in picking out a comparable set that was almost identical to the original set we wanted - but here's the catch, it was less than half the price! We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for both items to arrive. We got a call after 7 weeks to pick up our furniture. We brought both items home and unpacked the dresser first. The quality is amazing and truly exceeded expectations! When we got to the crib we realized it was the wrong color crib. I called the store immediately and Patty was there to help. I explained the situation and she promised a call back later that day (Saturday) with a solution. With the warehouse closed on Sunday, she promised she would get ahold of them Monday and they would have someone deliver the correct crib and pick up the one we currently had sometime that week. By 3pm on Monday we had the correct crib delivered by Greg, who was so kind and apologetic about the mistake.

Love Baby Grand! I found it after I was first pregnant and a friend gave me a gift from there. Upon first visiting, I feel in love. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped answer all my questions. We ended up purchasing our stroller & car seat from there (with help from the staff picking out what one was best based on my needs) and they even helped with discounts by finding colors that were discontinued since we didn't particularly care about the color!
We started a purchase with our furniture through another store and received no support, backordered products, and a horrible experience. So we cancelled our order and purchased all our furniture through Baby Grand, who were, again, great to work with.
Now that a good amount of my friends are having babies, I am excited to tell them about Baby Grand and hope they have the same excitement in the process as I did!

Could not recommend this wonderful family owned shop more! I have 3 girls and have literally bought all my major supplies from baby grand (cribs, dressers, car seats, strollers, toys, books, clothes, high chairs, recliners and more). If you need a car seat, they are the experts and help find the right fit for your family with all the best brands - and even install it- thank goodness! I prefer to shop local, and the owner and team go above and beyond with their level of expertise and customer service. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I traveled from Rochester yesterday to check out Baby Grand. I'm SO glad we did. They had everything available for us to try out. The staff (we were helped by 3 different people), were incredibly patient and knowledgeable as they taught us how to use collapse the stroller, try on all the baby slings, show us colors of diaper changing pads and answer questions about crib mattresses. It was so nice to see everything in person and to be able to try it out. It helped us solidify our decisions and we are so excited for our stroller we bought! Thank you again and again and again!

We have been very pleased with our experience at baby Grand. We have bought many things for our newborn twins including strollers and our nursery rocker. Initially there was a problem with the rocker from the manufacturer and baby grand with no effort resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

This place is such a gem! The baby goods market is swamped with so many brands and options, it's mind-boggling to sort out. The staff at Baby Grand have been so helpful and candid with what we need and what we don't need, and definitely go above and beyond at each step. Having a store like this around is an amazing gift and a resource which has helped reduce our anxiety as we approach parenthood.
We will look to Baby Grand from now on each time we need anything new! For expecting or new parents, definitely come check them out!

My initial shopping experience was great, and the staff were tremendously helpful. When I asked for the status of my order several months later, I was informed that, due to an issue with the manufacturer, the furniture I ordered would not arrive on time. Even though it was not the fault of the store, Joe went above and beyond to make it right. He helped me find a different option that was in stock and within my budget and had it delivered and assembled before my induction date. I am glad that I chose to shop here, and I will certainly purchase products through Baby Grand in the future.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this store. Great customer service, knowledgeable employees & fabulous products to choose from. As a foster parent who gets little to no notice of when a child is arriving I have raced into this store frantic searching for car seats, stroller, accessories, ect. They have always exceeded my expectations & provided me with items that not only perform well, but are stylish as too. Very helpful staff! As a first time mom I had no idea what to look for when it came to car seats or strollers but by the time I left Baby Grand I had the perfect setup. You can even take a car seat safety class here to ensure you know how to load your baby safely in their seat and also utilize all the functions of these products. Great experience, thank you!

Don't buy online, buy here! Why? The customer service and partnership you receive along with your products is amazing! After my purchase, Anne & Sara went out of their way to explain every part of our car seat, helping me install it. They made sure I understood how to load and unload the seat, and how to lock and unlock the holding platform. Throughout my experience, they listened to my needs and made sure I was completely satisfied. Expecting our first newborn, I want every confidence that I know how to use the equipment. We walked into Baby Grand unsure of which stroller would be the best for our little one on the way and left with such certainty that we found the best one for us. Carol was especially helpful in helping us experience multiple options and arrangements. This family business is our new favorite place to go for all things baby!

My wife and I are expecting our first child next year. we just began the hunt to find everything necessary: nursery, car seat, stroller, etc. We went to numerous stores today and none compared to baby grand. Patti was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. We will absolutely be back to buy everything we need!

We came into Baby Grand looking for the perfect jogging stroller for our lifestyle! We live in a rural area on a gravel road and wanted something that could handle the terrain as well as some snow! With Guidance from staff, we chose the Uppababy Ridge! We are in the middle of our first winter with the Ridge and it handles both the gravel and the snow wonderfully!

As first time parents, this store has all of the items you need that are high quality. The staff takes the time to explain how strollers, carriers and other items work. They are product experts ready to help you, when you are ready. Highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase or learn about high quality items.

We had an excellent experience with Baby Grand- we were looking for a double stroller and just didn’t even know where to start. Joe was extremely patient and answered all of my questions- he was very knowledgeable and took the time to tell me the pros and cons of the different styles so I could make the best choice for our situation. I even got to choose if I wanted to have the stroller assembled for me and shipped to my home or picked up in store. They went above and beyond to help me get the colors and accessories I wanted, too! I highly recommend them!

Bought a recliner from here & experienced major supply chain issues along the way. Was told upfront that the normal 6-8 week lead time was at the time 14-16 weeks out. We were 18 weeks out from our due date so it wouldn’t have mattered. 16 weeks goes by and still no chair do we called baby grand and the owner delivered us a loaner chair. Loaner chair didn’t work for my wife so they brought out a different loaner chair. Lots of issues with this order all around but Baby Grand was very helpful to us.

I wish I lived closer! I always enjoy coming here and looking around! I love the assortment of baby supplies throughout the store. I have purchased a stroller and many other things and was impressed by the quality of care. I look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful experience shopping here today! This is our first baby & we came in with so many questions on various products. Patty was amazing & showed us many options online as well as in store to make sure we found the perfect items for the nursery. She didn’t try to upsell us on the most expensive things and gave pros/cons for each product. We came in looking at crib options but left with numerous other purchases as well. Have been shopping at other retailers & haven’t come anywhere close to the customer service we had today.
