Verizon lucked out having Melissa as a wonderful employee. She was very knowledgeable about the products & promotions, so much so that I received a $400 rebate on a 10-year-old phone along with other bargains from which to choose. The little lady gave us more than a new phone. She treated this elderly couple with respect, courtesy, and patience, all with a welcoming, beautiful smile. She was a total pleasure!

I had a Great experience with Melissa she was very nice during the process and helped me switch carrier’s without a problem.

Got a new phone this morning. Jamie was very nice to work with. I am a senior citizen and not very tech savvy. Jamie answered all questions and set up my new phone. She practices something a lot of younger folks don't know about. It's called customer service. I would like give her a review rating of 10. She deserves higher. Thank you Jamie

My fiance and I went in to this Verizon store on Friday night to switch our service from AT&T we had Leonard as our sale rep and he put us both on two different accounts prepaid and we wanted on on the same account and we didn’t want prepaid then he didn’t switch my fiancés phone all the way over we had to call and do it over the phone..If you go inside this Verizon location you need to see Maria she’s amazing and helped us fix everything. She has great customer service and goes above and beyond for her customers we will be returning to do all our service through her. We have had T-Mobile at&t and been in other Verizon stores but MARIA WAS THE BEST glad we had the opportunity to meet her.

Leonard Y. earned every one of these stars all by himself. We researched our purchase of new phones and ended up selecting one that had never been sold out of this store before. It wasn't a seamless transition as Verizon hadn't yet worked out all the kinks for the new line of phones. Leonard chased down every issue with activating our new phones (even to the point that he kept working out the issues while I went on to work and just called me at work to let me know when it was finished.) It's personal service like this that keeps us coming back to THIS Verizon authorized retailer. I keep hearing from other customers about someone named Mike who doesn't go the extra mile. I'm glad I haven't run into him. It's customer service-minded folks like Leonard (and Melissa) who make this periodic upgrade process bearable.

I was helped by Dominique, very professional and quick. I was out in less than 25 minutes. I was changing telephones and service provider. I recommend this office.
Had to go back to Verizon since nothing was working on my newest phone. I waited from Saturday morning until Tuesday afternoon for phone service to change to Verizon, nothing worked.. Technician Leonard Yodel finished the job of getting my new phone online. He appears to know what he is doing and has a very good memory. I walked out with the new phone in service in about 30 minutes.
Even with the delay I still recommend this Verizon office. Thanks Leonard.

I appreciated the assistance with replacing my frozen cellphone that would not unlock after many trials. I was not pressured to purchase an expensive phone. Instead, I was recommended one that is similar to what I had. I am a senior citizen and I do not like dealing with new tech gadgets or new technology. I left with an inexpensive but adequate phone, and I am a happy customer! Thank you, Abel, for your patience and assistance! Michael was fantastic. Very patient with the previous customer. Helped me sort my problems out too. Very informative and also worked out ways that I could save money on my account. He literally bent over backwards to get me everything I needed. I really love the tablet he recommended and that was on sale too. All round an amazing experience. Thank you.

Alyssa was the only employee on duty when I arrived at 10:00. There were 2 other customers ahead of me and I was in somewhat of a hurry, she checked with the other customers once she realized I only needed to buy a charger. She was very professional and kind. It felt good to be treated like I was important. Thanks Alyssa for good customer service.

We recently had a great experience at the Russell Cellular Verizon Store in north Crestview! From the moment we walked in we were shown quality service and attention. The young lady who assisted us in the trade in of our existing phones was kind, respectful and was very thorough in her knowledge of the product. She was familiar with rebates and discounts and although I had an older phone, she found us a rebate of approximately $700 and changed our company discount to a military one which brought our monthly payment down by $45/month!

Thank you Russell Cellular for not treating my family like just another number! We will definitely be back to this store

My experience with Lauren was exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She noted I might be able to take advantage of a couple discounts and let me know how to apply. Great experience all the way around!

My boyfriend and I went in the store in crestview on the north side of town dead set on leaving with the new promotion of a free phone. We met up with Lauren and can honestly say it was the best customer service hands down. You can tell she knows her job, very informative and helpful while being very down to earth. If you are looking to switch, upgrade, looking for a deal, or just information, go see her. You will NOT regret it.

Everyone who works in the Northside store is extremely helpful and polite. They were patient and never gave up on helping me. I actually went back three times before finally making a decision. They were very good about not pushing me. I want to thank all of the employees.

I wanted to switch my phone back to Verizon after unsatisfactory service from another carrier for the past 2 years. I was a Verizon customer for many years prior to my switch and I never should have left. I’ll never leave again and the associate who helped me, Leonard, was professional, friendly and very patient with me. I’m 77 and I have a difficult time making changes, Leonard made it easy!!

I bought a phone at the corporate store in FT Walton and they just handed me a bag and said here you go. I live close to the Verizon near Winn-Dixie where the manager assisted me with setting up my phone he was very helpful and after talking to him he suggested I get a tablet for my kids to use outside the house and I did.Thank you Santa.

Abel and Leonard were GREAT. First trip.today was to the S Ferson branch where the employees could care less about customer service! Pretty rude, we walked out of S Ferdon location and headed straight to N Ferdon location by Winn Dixie and they were EXCELLENT. Fromm the moment we walked in to the minute we left. Having just left the opposite store on S. Ferdon Blvd. we were frustrated from our interaction with their lack of knowledge and attitude, BUT from the moment we stepped inside this particular Verizon store by Winn-Dixie (N. Ferdon Blvd.) we had an amazing experience. Michael and his co-worker were friendly, understanding, and joked around with us. They showed knowledge and sensitivity to our situation. Because of this team you have kept a long time customer and redeemed yourself. Next time this is our first stop! Grateful for Michael who stayed beyond his shift just to take care of us. Wish we could give more stars!
