The experience we had in the store with Angel was authentic and honest. Angel was outstanding and very sincere about helping us as our daughter just dumped her phone in the pool and we were limited on options. The only downside is the accessories (cases and chargers etc) are extremely overpriced!

Angel was pure joy. We upgraded 5 phones, and her patience, knowledge and responsiveness was second to none. We also worked with Charlie, and he too, delivered great service. Amazing customer experience - 6 out of 5 stars ⭐!!

Customer service is getting more and more rare, but I definitely got top notch treatment here! They were way more helpful than going in to a corporate store.

Went in to buy a screen projector for my new smartphone and the staff that helped me was very friendly. They knew what they were doing. I got great service and I will definitely shop at that store again

Sami was very professional and friendly. When it comes to customer service you have to be Flexible especially in retail. My old phone was so old and had a lot of issues that didn’t allow the typical software to transfer everything I needed for work. Sami went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I needed. Sami is and was great to work with I would highly recommend working with him.
