Not only are her prepped meals full of flavor and filling while being healthy! Everything in there has some magic in it because between the juices, smoothies, muffins, etc everything is phenomenal. I will literally drive 2 hours to get over there and pick up food because I don’t live close but the food is THAT GOOD!!!! Do yourself a favor and go get you some!

I have been eating clean with Eat clean fit for a year and a half already. The food is delicious and there is a variety of meals for you to choose from. Everything is fresh, the eat by dates are on the lables as well. Along with the nutrition facts in that meal. The protein muffins are perfect for a snack or if your in a rush in the morning! The juices are a great add on as well for the health benefits and a nice refreshing drink !! One of the best lifestyle changes I have made 💜

Every meal that is prepared is made with the freshest and healthy ingredients. And tastes amazing, the flavors are always on point. So even though you are having a low calorie meal that is good for you, you are also getting a scrumptious meal. Everything on the menu is delicious but my favorites are the lemon pepper chicken pasta and the mahi mahi tacos!! Aside from all the meals being packed with flavor it's super affordable. You can't beat the prices for a weeks worth of meals!!!

The food is absolutely delicious! They have a great variety and also have vegan options as well. The best part is it list the calories and other nutritional info. This has become a staple in my household….keep up the great work and thank you!
