I went into Metro PCS today because I was having issues with my homepage picture and wasn't seeing my time and percentage of my phone. Ray took care of it in 5 seconds. My other issue was my data was only 15% for my pictures and 100 % came with my plan but I had no idea that it did and Ray took care of that as well. If you need anything done to your phone please come see Ray, he is sooooooo attentive to his customers and knows his stuff

Great place to ask questions, get help when phone has things difficult to fix . My wife has a learning difficulty and has looked at places on phone and locks her phone up. I have to take her phone to metro Pc so these issues can be fixed. I really like how knowledable the assistant just fixes it and fast. Thanks.

Walked in looking for a decent inexpensive phone service and got exactly what I needed that day. Understanding and friendly the staff here are great. Didn't even laugh when I told them I dropped it in the toilet. 😅

My family and I will only go to Ray now for any phone services. He is personable, knowledgeable, polite, and always goes that "extra mile" to help. Whenever we have had a technology issue, he is always quick to help find the solution. Recently we thought our sons' phone was toast, Ray got it working again in minutes. I recently had a visit to this store on December 3rd 2020. My over all experience was amazing Ray gave 100% of his time to help me purchase a new phone. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. He was multi tasking and still greeting customers and taking care of everyone in a timely manner. Ray is a very hard worker and you can tell he puts 100% of excellence to all the customers. He sounded familiar behind the mask. I asked him how long had he been working here he said 12 year's. I reminded him that I was a previous customer and he said didn't you bring your daughter in before I said yes. So that was about 7 year's ago. I've been a customer at this location for about 6 years. All of the staff is helpful, friendly and very professional. But Ray is my go to phone representative and is always eager to help with any issue I may be having with my phone. I'm not very savvy with electronics or my phone and no matter what questions or problems I have Ray is always happy to help with no judgement. I highly recommend this store for all your phone needs. Just got a new phone from this store, I was looking for something a little better than basic but nothing too fancy, they were able to quickly assist me in finding the best deal for my price range and what I wanted in a phone, Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure that I was 100% good to go before I walked out the door.
