AT&T Store

Dan is the man! This is the best local AT&T store, I’ve always had the best experience. Top notch experience and every process has been super smooth. I have other AT&T stores that are closer to me but I would drive a little further every time to ensure I get the best customer service. Every business is understaffed recently, if they are busy just be patient and they will get to you in a timely fashion. The last few times I have visited the workers juggle multiple customers to satisfy everyone.

Lindsey is an awesome worker. She went above and beyond to help my issues. She has helped me in the past. She had a very long line. She was training a person and trying to help all of us. She is a true professional. Kept calm and please every customer.

We needed information transferred from an old iPhone to a new one. The representative was very kind and willing to assist and even though the old phone caused issues, he stuck with us until the task was completed. He assisted us with accessory sales as well.
There were only two representatives working but they were both very personable and helpful to all who entered and I saw several other customers grateful for their assistance and knowledge. (As well as myself and granddaughter.)

Definitely the best place to go in the valley for AT&T service. Lindsay was EXCELLENT. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently took care of me and switched us from Verizon to AT&T, and saved us a ton of money in the process, going out of her way to save us time and money. Highly recommend!

We was very satisfied, the rep was more then helpful with us. We has gone to 2 previous stores and no one was interested in helping two seniors wanting a new phone. But Dan took the time to explain the phones and the specials offered with the phone. We ended up two phones. Dan was more then helpful and you need more people like him. He was interested in helping us more then the texting they was receiving.

Every employee is wonderful! Especially Sara and Dan! They are always peppy and ready to help! And Whitley was so funny while we were being assisted. And the manager Amy was great as well, very professional and nice!

This store is awesome!! They are beyond helpful with everything from tech problems to paying your bill to getting the latest devices!! They helped me with getting a new line and saving money on my monthly bill in the process!! Everyone there is more than willing to help.. Amy, Dan, and Sara are a great team and I won’t go to any other store except the one on Sunset Blvd!! Thank you to everyone that works there!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO GO TO THIS STORE OVER ANY OTHER AT&T IN THE AREA!!

Other than the wait, the store was pleasant. The sales rep address my concerns about my trade in and upgrade of my phone. She was very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. As stated before, the only issue was the wait. One sales rep, 2 tables and a full store. I had to stand until she had finish with 2 sets of customers which was over 45 minutes.

I had a great experience with Kala. She was fun, enthusiastic, very helpful and respondent to mine and my daughters needs. Thank you Kala!

I absolutely love the employees at this location.. everyone in this store is so professional and was patient with me when I asked a question they answered without skipping a beat.. I will only shop at this location..

I wish I remembered the name of the lady who waited on me. She was the best sales representative I have ever met. She was helpful and efficient. She knew so much about the products and services; and she was a very personable woman.

Olivia was awesome and helped us get our phones upgraded. She was super knowledgeable and the whole staff did everything in their power to get to us in a timely manner and get us set up and out the door.

I have always like Dan Vogel. He was the only worker there . With several people waiting. But he was still kind courteous and handled my problem easily. Great job as always Mr Vogel

Nichole was a great help. My husband and I came in right before close and she stayed well after closing to make sure to answer all of our questions. She treated us as if we were long time best friends and cracked jokes the whole time. The phones and watches we ordered came in almost immediately and we were thinking it was going to be at least a week! Wont go anywhere else but the Sunset Blvd At&t and will only be working with Nichole!
