I see nurse practitioner Brittany Atkinson.. nicest and very knowledgeable provider!

I read some of the reviews and was surprised at how low the ratings were. It’s seems the customers are in a hurry to get their prescriptions and don’t realize that it may take longer to get than a fast food order. I have been a customer for about 3 years and yes I have waited in line at the pharmacy and also at the drive through but when I do get waited on the customer service is always friendly and excellent!!! All I can say is slow down Tucson and let’s fight not to become like Californians who expect everything right now

I use this location extensively - I'm a cancer patient. So most of my dealings is with the pharmacy. However in pre-COVID-19 days I have also purchased from the store. Always had great service here.

Recently I placed an order via Walgreens.com to be picked up from the store - do NOT do this - the order took FOREVER to arrive - they ship FedEx GROUND, for goodness sake! By the time it arrived I'd already bought the needed items from Amazon (arrived in 1 day) - so I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. No way to do this via the website, no help from corporate. I called the store direct and spoke to the manager, Nick. Nick was great and had it sorted it out and I was refunded quickly.

Just wish they had a mask policy.

Wow, someone decided to lay on the floor to get noticed?? Unless your 3-5 years old and having a fit because mom said no to a you they wanted, then your simply acting like a fool! Instead try simply going to the counter and politely ask if they are having any issues with filling your RX. I will suggest not waiting a hour before checking in, especially when they said 10 minutes. I have never had a unpleasant experience at this location, matter of fact I haven't had a bad experience at any of the Walgreens I have been to in about 2 years! Walgreens has put in some serious time training their employees great ways to step up the customer service, and I believe they must have weekly meetings to go over new products! I noticed they have remodeled some of the stores to make the cosmetics department more organized and specialized with "beauty experts" which I have found helpful. There is a girl at the Broadway Swan location, Linda, that has always gone above and beyond helping people find what they need, or making suggestions to you about some of the new products you may not be aware of. Also, she was the very first "beauty advisor to dig out a bunch of coupons for the products I was purchasing, and remembering me and what I like so when I come in she will point out any sales, or items she has coupons for! She goes above and beyond excellent customer care, in fact months later I noticed more and more gals started doing the same thing! So needless to say I think Walgreens recognized her for her service and how well customers were responding to her and helping save a few bucks here and there! Talk about a girl that set the bar! I appreciate Walgreens for recognizing her efforts and implementing her ideas into some "uptraining store wide! Of course I'm assuming they did this due to her overwhelming possitive compliments from many other customers, because she was the ONLY employee that has done this for months before I started noticing others following suit! I also LOVE the fact that if you purchase a cosmetic and it did not live up to what it claims to do, then you can simply return or exchange it, so guy and gals....save those receipts! my only suggestion to the corporate office is to have a handful of beauty advisors spend time researching new cosmetic products that have or will shortly be released and have made the allure hit list, or are a hot commodity among some of the most popular girls/guys on YouTube that show you new ways to use older products, and reviews on new products and their many other uses that most of us haven't even thought of! I have this idea and a few others that could very well give those department store cosmetic counters a run for the money more then they already are! I'll end this rare lengthy post by giving you all a tidbit; "do your skin a favor and keep some witch hazel on hand, it levels out the ph balance and your skin will thank you!"

This is not my usual Walgreens but I was in the area and needed to grab a few items. The employees were very friendly and they had exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend this location.

The staff at Walgreens are very polite and respectful. They are very helpful with products and where the product is located at. I am glad that Walgreens is near my house. Thank you for being so understanding and close by.

I had a really good experience at this store, Betty went above and beyond with customer service. This will now be my home store. If I could give it 100 stars I would.

Always have gotten great service from the pharmacy as well as everywhere else in the store. Every one in this Walgreens has always been very polite and very helpful.

It took a few minutes for the cashier to get to the photo center, but all went well. I think there is only two people in the whole place shopping at this time
