Great service, craftsmanship and attention to detail on the large draperies we received for our home from the Tiburon store. Our project presented certain technical challenges and we were particular about the type of fabric. Sayeed solved everything and the draperies were ready early. We are very pleased with the results.

I have been been buying window shades and shutters from Blinds & Designs since 1997 for multiple homes. A couple of years ago, I purchased power shades for two bedrooms, which were battery powered. I recently decided to upgrade to a hardwired system, contacted the Company's offices in Tiburon, and the next day I had a return phone call from David (the owner) who walked my electrician through what needed to be done and then followed up by forwarding an electronic manual on how to do it. David was both gracious and professional in providing hands on customer service. I will be back...

Absolutely fantastic service. All businesses are in hospitality, at this point, and it's whether you realize that, or don't. The process of selection, and their materials, are obviously fantastic. But it's the responsiveness, and follow through, that is really impressive. We had a minor mounting / install issue, and it's not when things go wrong, but how they are handled. I've really not seen such a responsive, accountable, and friendly response as I did from Ed, the showroom manager. It was wonderful, and what could have become a really annoying issue was immediately dealt with and resolved. It is this kind of service that will keep people coming back for a lifetime, and get him a bunch of recommendations and referrals! =) So happy how it all turned out. Thank you for everything!

David and his team were very diligent and thorough. From the selection of the blinds, through installation and to the final follow-up they were professional and very competent. I highly recommend.
