Workers were friendly and polite as well as fast to check out.

The people that work at that CVS at 222 West Carrillo are helpful, polite, friendly, hard workers. I love shopping there because of the way they treat me, my mother, and my son. Service with a nice smile, they even greet us by names.

The pharmacy is always great. Great and friendly staff I’ve been going there for a while now. God bless them

Miguel is always polite and always willing to help me and other customers!!! They need more Miguel’s at this store plus the managers are helpful!

I mean who knew you could rate CVS / Pharmacy on classic decor? It’s a traditional CVS location but in a very historic structure and they do a great job of keeping that heritage with the high ceilings. They had some great deals and promotions, at least by California pricing standards. Staff was very friendly too by the way! Yay for Extra Bucks! 😊 #cvspharmacy #extrabucks #RX #pharmacy

After purchasing an “Apple Power Cell” phone charger, I went to return it roughly 25-30 minutes later do to a slow charging rate. While the front of house worker Connor (with the long hair) mentioned it would potentially be slow, he failed to mention to apparently CVS does not issue returns on “all electronic devices”. Although he claimed he “mentions this like a robot”, it shouldn’t even matter because I immediately called the CVS on N Milpas St and they kindly accepted my return right away. While I wouldn’t say Connor was rude, his handling of information and condescending demeanor.

The store had the items I was looking for, although they were the generic store branded versions instead of the name brand ones I was searching out. They will suffice for now, but it would have been expected to find both standard name brand and store brand off the shelf pharmacy items.

I am not too sure if the store was rearranging items, but on the lower level of normal items many of the shelves were empty or all the items were scattered all over the shelves in piles more like a clearance warehouse or swap meet style than a chain store. On the upper pharmacy level most of the shelves were pretty sparsely stocked.

This place is terrible. They are rude and not very helpful. I had to go to this pharmacy four times to get my prescription filled, something that has never happened to me at any other CVS.

There are nicer stores, but they have what you need.

Can't call in and not great service
