Great service, go exactly what I needed

Great service at this store. My truck literally stopped running right as I got into the parking lot. Vicki was super helpful and got my new battery swapped out and I was back on the road in no time.

The BEST STORE MANAGER EVER Mrs.V Cain if I ever need a part I will rather drive 80 miles one way to this location than drive up the streets to another location because this store will always give you the highest customer service, they are knowledgeable, the store is very well stocked and clean, and if they don't have your part in stocks they will get it ASAP I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL TIMES KEEP UP THE RED CARPET SERVICE I THANK YOU AND I APPRECIATE YOU! So my truck broke down about 2 miles from here, heater hose connector broke off. After fumbling around for 2 hours I rigged it up so I could drive back to this location. Although understaffed and busy, the commercial parts guy helped me find the correct part and eventually I got it fixed. Overall they were great. A little patience, even in a stressful situation payed off.

Had an AWESOME experience here last week! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. Was told getting my battery changed would take 45 minutes, and it ended up taking about 10! So happy with the service here.

Wish I could remember names. I had a wiper purchase and attachment issue for my Grand Caravan. 2 men assisted me greatly. Good attitudes.

I been coming to the location for a minute now anytime I come Dennis is the person who helps me and he is very helpful and friendly most time I he has to tell me just what I need cause I don’t really be knowing. But he always gets me straight and right and appreciate him and he is a really hard worker and great person Dennis keep up the great work sir.. Woke up this morning to a dead battery and came to Advance Auto Parts in Palmetto to see if I needed a new one. Not only did Bernice tell me I didn’t need a new one, she charged it up and spent 20 minutes cleaning the erosion off of my battery. Great customer service! I may not have spent a penny here today, but I will sure be back next time I need something for my car. Thanks Bernice!

I took my neighbor here to get a radiator hose for her 1996 Honda Accord. They did have it and stopped and they even recommended that she obviously put antifreeze in the car after she replaced the hose because it had completely busted and was in 1/2! It was very simple to do, you just have to make sure that you tighten it back very good and she was afraid to do it herself and I said, you got this! I told her I was thinking about changing my CO2 sensor I'm doing it by watching a YouTube video but I was too scared because even though it's very simple to do, there are many CO2 sensors on my particular car and I need to make sure that I was replacing the right one because sometimes they're very difficult to get to and you have to remove your seat and everything. So I knew that if I was potentially thinking about doing that, she can definitely do this. She did and the car cranks right up, she have been having issues with it cranking so apparently not only did she do it right but they helped her by telling her to put antifreeze in it and she didn't have a problem with anything so I'm going to say five stars because she had a pleasant visit even though I sat in the parking lot!
