Mattress Firm Carson Tahoe

Everyone at Mattress Firm in Carson Tahoe, especially Mike the manager, is amazing to work with. We run an interior design business and have outfitted a few houses with them for our clients in the Tahoe area. Since we live far away, they have been incredibly flexible with our schedules and kindly move around delivery dates when needed. The delivery drivers are always on time, efficient, and friendly. I can’t recommend them more!

Arthur (Mike) Carson City store manager was super respectful and very informative. There was no pressure and he listened to our needs and wants. He gave us the best deal with multiple options to choose from. Walking in, my partner and I had no idea where to start. The process was easy and smooth. Thank you! We went in to look at a mattress and ended up buying two! Our sales rep was Kaylee and she was very knowledge and most of all very cheerful and nice. She was the only sales rep in the store, she had numerous people and was handling all of us very well! Kaylee is a strong asset to your company and customers!

Best experience. I worked with Kaylee who was so kind and patient. She made the experience fun but was also extremely knowledgeable about the products. She took my feedback from each mattress and continued to lead me on my journey to find the perfect one. I am SO excited about this mattress. Store was great and clean, Kaylee was great, Evan who was also in the store entertained my dad while he waited for me to Princess and the Pea for an hour. It was great all around.

My parents were there for the delivery and specifically told me multiple times I HAD to leave a review because the delivery team was so incredible. They were kind, professional and went above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
