The UPS Store

Came to this store earlier today to return a package. Service was fast and easy thanks to Kennedy, who was the first to come help me out when no one else was even looking up. She was very nice and her help was much better than the kind I usually get from the store on College… Whole process took less than 5 minutes to get in and out of there. It’s a further drive but I will be using this store more often from now on👍

Extremely fast service, convenient location, and the best service you can ask for. The employees are super friendly and helpful on every visit. I can with confidence, highly recommend The UPS Store in Beaumont Tx.

So I had very little time today and needed to go to the UPS store on Dowling. Alyssa was amazing. She was attentive, kind and efficient at her job. Thank you so much finding good help in a public setting seems to be rare these days you were amazing.

My go to location for Amazon returns.
Have never had an issue. Great customer service. They are pretty good at being well staffed. The only time there is a wait is when a customer is having an issue not having all the proper things needed to mail off their package.

These people are great, they deal with a large volume of returns and are always helpful and friendly. Never had an issue, service is quick and smooth.

A couple hours after posting my review, the store GM Kim contacted me. She addressed and resolved my concerns thoroughly. Thank you for reaching out, I really appreciate the call.

Customer service for shipping out my package with Anthony was great except I got a call from Anthony a couple days later that my package was damaged/lost somewhere in transit. He proceeded to file a claim for me but after 1 week of no update I politely called the store. The woman told me she would look into the claim and give me a call back but once again after a couple days, I got no update. So, I called again and she took my information, again, but this time offered her manager to reach out to me. I never got a call back or any response even after following up leaving a voicemail days later.. My shipped items are lost forever and I don't even get a courtesy call or any claim update. I will NEVER use this store again.

I have been using there mail box service for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have all types of extra printing services and supplies. The place is always clean the lines are never long

Because of the effiecient, fast, convenient process that takes less than a minute to get my package scanned and dropped off completely, and then I'm walking happily out the door!

Alex and Mia were so helpful. Mia especially always takes good care of me when I’m shipping my items to my apartment.

Every time I come into the store Everyone is helpful and welcoming. This particular time I left my glasses I told the Customer Rep name Alex. He said no worries I can help you with that. And He did just that with ease. I was very satisfied with my service. It’s the simple things that makes a person’s day. And with Alex’s kind gesture made my day😃

I am in this location at least 4-5 times a month and EVERY time I am greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. Many times I am running in at lunch and pressed for time.

Love using this location. Service is excellent and they are extremely helpful and will take care of you quickly. I’m usually there no more than five minutes. Last couple of times, I’ve been there no more than 2 minutes to return some items through the mail.

These people go out of their way to be helpful. Love doing business here!!

The staff is very fast , respectful and polite . Soon as you walk inside they are greeting . Quick place to get in and out . They really get the job done . The young lady that always helps me “Italy” is always sweet , fast and helpful . As well as the other staff . I will most definitely be back to get my business done! See you soon UPS!

Absolutely awesome service! I first started using these guys when I moved to Beaumont in 2013. I lived in Houston for a few years and ended up back in Beaumont in 2017. I'm happy to see their service has remained consistent all these years.

I went earlier today to ship something and instead of charging me for a box like most shops would, the young man at the counter grabbed a box that he said would have been trash anyway and mailed my items in that. He also did not charge me to tape it or label it. I've been to some UPS stores where they have signs saying they will charge $1 for tape or to print a label, etc. I'm glad these guys do not nickel and dime you. That's really hard to find in this day and age.

They have always been very helpful and patient. I will continue to use their services as long as I live in the area. I wish all UPS stores were as pleasant as this one. Keep up the good work guys!

You Do Have An Alternative To Rude service from U.S. Postal Service counter-employees like out on Walden Rd...

Uh... Sorry... I may have fibbed: brought my dirty laundry 2 'em 2 box up & ship 2 my gramma 4 her 2 wash. They said they had 2 "draw duh line Sumwhere" & refused. (Eye didn't think it stank THAT BAD... I mean... I sprayed it real good w/ Lysol.)

I had great service at the Beaumont, Texas UPS store. The staff went above and beyond what was necessary to take care of my unorganized self. They packaged my product for me and made sure I had the right amount of insurance coverage for my shipment. I felt secure shipping what I consider to be a valuable product as I was given tracking information so I could track my shipment to make sure it arrived safely. They were not bothered with the amount of time I took at their window as they were more concerned that I felt good about the transaction. My clutzy self even broke their credit card pen holder and they were not at all bothered by it and even made me feel not so stupid. Again 5 stars and would highly recommend using the Beaumont, Texas UPS store. (They also have a store in Nederland, Texas if you are in that area....
