Polite, friendly, helpful. I read some of the lowest reviews I did not have the same experience. The store policy is on the door as you walk in. I asked for some products which they had. The lady took me to the place in the store where the product was. She helped me with my choices. Asked for ID (I'm as old as a dinosaur) so I laughed. She asked me to open and try out my products so if they were faulty in any way She could resolve the problem.
No problem whatsoever.
So...Thank you for your help. I went in on March 4th mid day, didn't catch the young woman's name. She could not be any nicer.
The shop was spotless and smelled great.

My wife and I absolutely love this store! Rachel has been absolutely helpful in finding something to help my wife with her anxiety and pain. The BOGOs are definitely our favorite! We aren't stoners or illicit substance users, and I don't use anything for myself. We came here to healthily and legally fill a medical cap caused by insurance and healthcare system failures. I'm so happy that we have found something here that helps my wife. THANK YOU RACHEL!

Customer service is great! They really work with you to find the best product for you. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also do customer requests if they don’t have the brand you want! Under new management so definitely check them out!

I’ve always received exceptional customer service here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always greet me when I walk in the door, and they remember me and what I usually buy. They’ve helped me choose new products to try and always make me feel comfortable about taking my time to make up my mind. Their selection is good and the prices are reasonable. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.

I love it there. Will is awesome and takes his time helping us which is greatly appreciated. The manager has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. I love this place I feel at home. They always have exactly what I am looking for with super reasonable pricing.

Their inventory is a little bit pricey but the employees are always attentive. I can never go here without browsing for a least an hour and spending at least $40.. Really chill smoke shop..

Good little smoke shop. The staff is real knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful people. The selection of products they have is pretty good plus they have a good variety of brands and flavors (depending on what you are looking for) and if anything you'll find yourself taking more time than you thought you'd take because of the good selection of products that they make available to you.

I visited this store and it was an awesome experience! Charisma and Rachel did an excellent job of answering my questions, & showing me different products. They were super knowledgeable & sweet!! Thanks for being so great to my friend & I. We will definitely be back!!

Walker and Victoria were such a help in finding the right juice at a good price! They were so friendly and this shop has a massive selection. I'll definitely be visiting again soon.

Large selection. Very well lit and clean. The store smelled wonderful. The incense seems to be high quality. . The young Lady that was working was awesome. Very helpful. She had tons of knowledge and she wasn’t pushy. Great first visit. Oh,and they sale Cigarettes!

Thanks smoke city customer care rep for fixing the problem with the juice. I like the way you handled the situation and thanks for the extra juice and the cards that you gave me. And when I went to pick it up the lady jasmine had everything ready for me when I got there. she was very nice to me and helped me pick out the juice which was really good by the way. I'll definitely be coming back to your shop. I also think that jasmine should be the manager of that shop because that's the way a customer service is supposed to be.

Best shop ever . I usually stop in here on my breaks from work to try and pick out new juices. The staff is amazing but epically Gabby and Farah they are both super helpful!!! Love this store so much
