Grabbed so masks online for in store pick up. Had to have 5 for my daughters daycare. Super easy and fast!

I love Target, but I was very disappointed with the drive-up experience at this one. I originally went inside to get the items I needed, but it was a better deal to buy the 3 items online through the app because they were cheaper that way. I put in an online order, looked around, then went home for a while since I had 2 hours before it said it would be ready for pickup. I went back for pickup and waited an additional half hour while it still said it was processing. I tried calling and no one would pick up, so after a couple of minutes, I hung up and just waited a little longer. A half hour later the store closed and I had no notification of what was going on with my stuff. They had locked the doors and would not accept any phone calls. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at Target before and I will not choose this location again.
