L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

Never shopped at L’Occitane before and decided to check it out. Very nice store (Reston Town Center is a super nice area!) What I liked the most is that you can make your own gift sets and they will box and gift wrap anything for you at no extra cost. Of course the products are not cheap, but there is a good variety of products, I spent less than $35 on a small gift.
The lady on staff was super helpful, boxed and wrapped everything, provided a discount and gave me a couple samples. Would definitely go back, and on my list for holiday gifts.

I appreciate how friendly the staff are to me no matter how dressed up or dressed down I am when I come in (this is not always the case in retail!).

Every time I come in here they are so kind and give great samples and wrapping. The quality of products and the special in-store experience makes the premium price worthwhile.

The atmosphere was more than welcoming! Teresa was genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable as well as helpful which made a great first impression for me with the brand as a whole. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure I got products I was happy about, able to travel easily with, and didn’t put any uncomfortable pressure on me to buy anything. I will definitely be back!!

I wish I could rate more than just 5 stars. Great variety and VERY KIND staff. I bought hand cream and it’s my new favorite.

L'occitane has a prime position at Reston Town Center across from the movie theater and adjacent to the Apple store. They also have to compete with the Sephora and Blue Mercury down the street. But they offer a nice range of products. I went in and asked the sales person if she had anything with vetiver as the primary note. She wasn't familiar with it - despite it being one of the most common fragrance ingredients. Oh well...

Loved the service. They even honored my online coupon. Always a pleasure shopping at Loccitane.
