I have to admit - I had fallen a little bit out of love with the “New Clement’s”.
I guess the re-shuffling during the renovation was more change than I could absorb.

I stopped in today on a bit of a lark. I needed to match a paint color; my attempt to get a match at a paint store had failed, so I decided to give Park Hardware a try.

Not only did Zack formulate an exact color match, the customer service was extraordinary. Zack was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and above all friendly.

And… I’ve been assured they’re done moving stuff around!!

Hats off to Rick and the team! The customer service we’ve known for so many years is still here!

People are always reluctant to change. Park Hardware had big shoes to fill with Clement’s having been there for so long. The way I see it, learning the new layout is just a minor inconvenience when you consider the shopping experience.

Many core staff members were still at the store from Clement’s when I visited, they were just as helpful as they have always been. The go-to guy for being directed to the right associate for your project is Chris. If he can’t help you, he has you covered with a teammate who can.

With hardware, I like to feel the quality of what I’m buying. Too many times I have been in the return and exchange cycle with Amazon and the big box stores. Give Park Hardware a chance, it’s a very similar business to its predecessor in the middle of finishing a massive makeover.

Go see my guy Chris, he will keep your projects on track and most importantly, he’s going to find you a product that lasts.

This hardware store is so welcoming. The employees are immediately there to help me find what i need as soon as i walk in. They always find a way to get what i need to complete any project i am trying to complete. Even if they don’t have exactly what i came in for, they make it work help me complete the project in some way. The manager Michael is quick and gets me what i need even if i don’t know the name of what im looking for. The most comfortable hardware store in the area, that small town feel with all the professionalism.

Was sad to see Clements go, but glad this stayed an independent store. Still a great local spot with excellent customer service.

Gordon and his wonderful staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Recommend this store for and hardware or Baldwin hardware needs.

Chris was very helpful with assisting me with Green Egg parts that needed replacing under warranty. Chris made sure I was able to host my family cookout! Greatly appreciated the awesome customer service!

Despite it being a small hardware store they almost always have what you are looking for some how. All of the staff are well informed and fantastic for advice and suggestions with projects and questions I've had. Easy parking and never a line at the register.

Friendly service and good selection. Small town hardware store at it's best. Even though it is small, it had everything I needed, even the larger than normal furnace filters. I also grabbed some no mark plastic wall hangers. Friendly staff were there to help.

One of the last great local hardware stores in our area. Outstanding supply of fasteners. Well-stocked and clean - there's nothing worse than seeing an empty shelf where the item you want should be sitting. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. For any "repair, don't replace" person, this is the store to visit.

Clement Hardware has everything and then some. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with my multiple questions about my projects. The store has an incredible inventory and I always find what I need. Very clean and cautious during the pandemic.

Largest threaded fastener selection around. Even the odd stuff tbat the big box hardware store "associate" won't understand the name of.

I have lived in the Severna Park area for over the last decade, and this hardware store is my go to for everything tool and home related. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Their selection is plentiful for my household projects that I often work on. If I can't find something, and it happens to not be in stock, the staff is always there to order exactly what I need. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent Store, great selection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have spent a significant amount of time explaining many things to me on different occasions. For example they spent 10 mins with me explaining how to change the $0.50 washer in my outdoor faucet that was leaking. Some items are more expensive than the big box store but the advice that comes with it is well worth it.

Great "Old School" hardware store with most everything you need (inventory) and friendly, expert advice-- and the fair prices make it an Outstanding VALUE! While they can't offer everything that a big-box hardware "depot" can (like full-range Appliances, Lumber, and Gardening departments), Clement does offer services that you won't find anywhere else: like custom-built window-screens and storm-windows, door and window repair, and other personalized services. 😀

I won’t go anywhere else for my hardware needs. The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly. If you can’t find what you need there, they will lead you in the right direction. Given the often lack of good service in big box stores, going to Clements it’s like going back in time! A great neighborhood place!

This place is a nice friendly small town hardware store to it. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They don’t stop till they find what you need or find where you can get it if they don’t have it. They are knowledgeable and will even make suggestions for those of us that do not fall into the handyman genre of life.

Incredible hardware store. They have everything you could imagine they have more stuff than Lowe's and Home Depot put together the guy at the register could have been a little nicer though but other than that a great store

This place is amazing! I came here not once, but twice, to get N95 masks when no one else had any. I work in a hospital and was truly nervous with the masks provided, when we quickly ran out of our regular PPE. My friend had searched everywhere from DC to Baltimore, and discovered this place by driving past and seeing their sign. I was able to get regular and exhalation vented ones for when I exercise (NOT for my hospital use). I am truly grateful!!

Employees are always helpful and friendly. Some even go above and beyond to help you get what you need. I got parts for my drone's camera setup, fixed my garden spigot, got standoffs for my computer. You'd be surprised what you can find in places like this.

Went in there to get some keys made you g guy was very helpful and did a get job . Also had a key fob battery changed was helped and handled professionally. . Highly recommend them.
