I was refered to RTS Sports by Doug Phelps and glad I was. Michael greeted me as I walked in the door. He was polite and listened to my needs and concerns with the shoes issues I have faced recently. We analyzed my feet and went from there to picking out different shoes to better fit my wide foot with a high arch. Once all done I walked out with a nice shoe.. Thanks for taking the time with me today Michael. BTW the insoles they offer are amazing.

Great service at a locally owned, specialty running store, carries Altra shoes! If you want a great shoe at a great shoe store go see them!

Went to the grand opening yesterday that was part of event held by the Marion Chamber of Commerence. We was able to meet the family and they were very helpful and kind during our visit. While we were window shopping the quality of product was the best I have seen for athletic wear with a slant towards running. Thry are also partners with a local running team Team RWB (Red, White, and Blue). Gunuine family with a great mission and purpose behind the business. Besides clothing they also offer health products like bars that look amazing. Worth a buy when you come by.

Due to construction on the interstate, we arrived later than we planned and only had about 20 minutes before closing. We were not rushed at all, in fact, we were given several (really good) suggestions and tried on more shoes than we normally would have. We ended up leaving about 25 minutes after closing with a great pair of shoes and insoles. My son was given the opportunity to run outside and on the treadmill to test his shoes. We were not immediately shown the most expensive shoes, in fact the first pair offered were on clearance. Customer service was excellent.

Run To Succeed is an amazing store! The service they provide is top notch. If you are a runner and need guidance on shoes, this is your place. They are knowledgeable, not pushy, and genuinely try to help you love running. Ever since I bought my first pair of shoes there, foot pain after running has been a thing of the past! Try them out, you will NOT be disappointed!

Service as soon as you walk through the door! We tried several pairs all selected by the salesman based on what felt best until we were fully satisfied on which pair we wanted to purchase. This was 100 times better than any shoe store I've ever set foot in. We will be returning customers!

I came in today after an almost 14 mile hike, add soon as I walked in I was made to feel important... Even looking like an exhausted person with blistered feet!! The young man listened to my needs and helped me pick a pair of shoes that are comfortable when in my current position!! This was my first visit to the store and I will be buying mine, my children and husband's shoes here from now on. I will also be telling ( in relevant conversations) about my experience! I highly recommend this store! I am not a runner just wanted some good comfy shoes for walking. Great good old fashion customer service, very friendly and very knowledgeable!

Don't assume you have to be a runner to shop here. We have special needs as far as walking, arthritis and other issues with feet. The staff assessed our needs and found the best inserts and shoes for our needs. They were so patient and helpful. This is a great place to shop for shoes. I would recommend going here for running shoes or in our case walking shoes. Thank you RTS Sports for your help!!!

Finding this place was like a breath of fresh air! We relocated to southern Illinois from Seattle, and needed to find a good running store to fuel my races. RTS had a great selection of shoes, gels, and all the gear a runner needs to succeed. Tim, the owner, is very friendly, and he organizes runs in the area, including the Shawnee Marathon every fall. The store recently started hosting evening runs on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, so come on down on run with us!

Great shop with knowledgable staff! I bought some swiftwick socks and did my first run in them tonight. I had my fastest run ever, found $100 bill, and looked great in my new socks! Ok, ok, 1 out of 3 statements is true. But the socks are very comfy for running and will pull double-duty as biking socks.

In a world of online ordering and huge box stores it was very refreshing to actually be waited on by a knowledgeable associate that took the time to be certain I was picking the correct shoe’s for my feet, incredibly professional and great experience, would highly recommend.

I visited store for Black Friday. Asked for long sleeve running shirts. By golly they had them in stock and my size. Can't beat that. Stop in and see if they have that special item for yourself or the runner in your family.
