The customer sales reps here are EXTREMELY helpful and very kind. I personally spoke with Quin. She was very nice and very friendly. She helped me with a lot of maneuvering through my phone and giving me all the specifics on what to do and how to do it. I will say, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any store involving cell phones. Quin also told me how to backup my phone and all my data, in which I had no idea. Once again, very helpful saleswoman and very knowledgeable people.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Derick Holeman at the Verizon store on Highway 64 in Memphis, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Derick greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, immediately making us feel welcome. The Wolfchase location was so busy on the day that I went, however, I was taken care of by Quin, and she never rushed me or made me feel like I was annoying. She was very knowledgeable, and I wound up adding a line to my plan!

Jenny went over and beyond to help me port an enterprise number over to my personal account. She is great to work with, patient, and very knowledgeable.

Derick was beyond amazing, he explained everything clearly so I understood. He explained what would happen when I opened an account and expressed how much it would be down the dollar amount, and when we brought our trades back he took time to sit us down and ask us if we had any questions about anything we’ve experienced, and the one question we had, he explained it thoroughly. Definitely coming back to see him when we need new phones!

The best store in the area without a doubt. Staff was very professional and personable. Jenny helped me solve my phone issue when 2 other stores would not even give me the time or day. I would definitely recommend this store over the one on Germantown Pkwy.

I upgraded to iPhone 13 at this Verizon store. Carlos helped me with the entire purchase and answered all of my questions. Carlos was professional and made sure all of my data was correctly transferred. He took the time to ensure that I understood all aspect of my purchase, including what accessories I needed with my new phone. I highly recommend this store and working with Carlos. He made my upgrade experience enjoyable and easy.

My mother went to a different Verizon on Poplar, she got a new phone and they were supposed to transfer all her info. They did not transfer her info correctly at all, kept her waiting for 2 and half hours!!! We took it to this Verizon store on hwy 64 and Rebekah was amazing at helping us!!!! She went the extra mile and got everything straightened out perfectly. She was also able to help us with additional items that were not even mentioned or offered at the other store! I have had several other positive experiences at this location. Would highly recommend this particular store!

We came in an hour before closing on a Friday to switch my daughters line to my line. Kina was incredible! Not only was she patient, friendly and knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to ensure the process was seamless. My daughter hadn’t backed her phone up on iCloud in months and it took forever. Kina not only patiently waited with us but gave us instructions on how to get everything done way after business hours AND she followed up the next day to make sure everything was fine. It was an incredible experience. I switched from AT&T to Verizon months ago and I’ve had an okay experience so far, but Kina surpassed all expectations and I’m so happy I made the switch.
