Hello Pharmacy Team,
I want to give a shout out to Kimberly in the pharmacy. She helped me with my medications and of course dealing with the evil insurance company approval and refill dates. In addition, she personally phoned me and provided details from the doctors office and insurance information. This was above and beyond her responsibilities, but it is what I consider 'awesome' customer service.
In addition, Kimberly and I discussed the refill for the next month. I called and checked to determine if the medication was available. I was not disappointed. Wow, she followed up on the refill for me. Greatly appreciated!

I was greeted by the front cashier and proceeded to go to the photo stand. I noticed that no one was there and when I looked around the cashier was rushing over to help me. She was very friendly and gave me excellent service. I truly appreciate this, especially because I'm from out of town.

I had to visit the pharmacy and was welcomed by an understandably tired employee. Not once were any of them mean or rude. I was seen and taken care of very professionally. While waiting, I witnessed them handling phone calls, drive-up's, and walk-in's all with great skill and knowledge. I just wanted to write this review showing compassion for these workers in this field. Let's not mistake them being human and tired for attitude and not caring. This was a great experience.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. Donna and Lawrence and Mona are excellent, as well as many of the other pharmacy staff. They will go out of their way to help you. The pharmacy is always busy, but they always will stop to help if you need them.

Always, always, always have great service and friendly people helping you out. I’m usually in here twice a week for something I forget from the grocery or just to get a quick snack. Pharmacy folks are great and helpful. If you’re trying to find something, but don’t know where to look, you can count on someone asking you if you need assistance. The store manager, Terry, is always talking with folks to see how their day is going, and if not, he’s busy helping out his crew. Best convenience store to live close to, hands down.

Lawrence who i believe is the Sr. Pharmacy Tech in the Pharmacy has by far the best customer service out of all the wall greens I’ve ever been to. I was at the Walgreens located at 5409 Preston Rd. and they ran out” of the COVID shot that I had made an appointment for over a month ago and the techs blew me off and were extremely rude. Leave it to Lawrence to save the day!! Not only is he professional but you can tell he cares about people. Give that man a raise!!

I love this place. The pharmacy is always so packed and yet they are always so helpful. Sometimes I don't know how I would get by without the awesomeness of the staff here.

The pharmacy staff is always nice and attentive, even when it's crazy busy. The people at the front are quick and friendly!
